I cannot recommend Jo’s services more highly. Jo has been absolutely amazing in providing practical and emotional support for decluttering in all its forms. I would recommend Jo to anyone wanting help with organisation and to those who are dealing with hoarding issues. Her sensitive and cheerful approach and great energy have been a huge asset and Jo has taught me the skills so I can apply them too. Amazing service and I thoroughly recommend.

If you’re like me you’ve watched all the personal organization shows (Home Edit, Marie Kondo, etc) and tried to implement the hacks yourself to no great success. For me the difficulty was that I’m only one person, and needed someone with greater organizational vision and fresh eyes. That person came in the form of Jo, she was a true visionary, we were able to put a new effective organizational system together in my bedroom, that created space and efficiency. We took a few tips from Marie Kondo re. decluttering + letting go of old items, and the whole time Jo was gentle, kind, personable and completely non-judgmental. When you’re organizing something as personal as your bedroom that’s just the touch you need. Five months later and my room is still clean and organized due to Jo’s help and even when things veer off path after a long week, cleaning has never been easier due to the system Jo set in place! Honestly, she made my life so much better, especially amidst WFH and a pandemic when most of my time is now spent in this space. Thanks for everything Jo, you’re amazing!

Very pleased with the outcome. Much more so than I expected, Now I know that everything remaining is either good for dog walking, or for going out in.

Sophie is amazing!! She is a ray of sunshine in what is normally a stressful time (move unpacking and organising). I would wholeheartedly use Sophie again in the future!

I was so nervous about booking this as the state of my house has been a secret from everyone apart from my family.
I’d just reached a point of not being able to cope with it any longer.
I chose Zoey as my organiser as she seemed like the perfect fit from her video.
She instantly put me at ease and I didn’t feel judged in any way. We were both on the same page on what to tackle first which was my room and clothing which was all over the house.
Zoey have some amazing tips and solutions to the problems I had. We tweaked furniture positions to make the room more usable, We got rid of excess towels, sheets, clothes and clutter.
I felt empowered to continue after she had left and the following day as I had a plan of action and knew what to do.
I have booked another session to tackle another area of the home and I cannot wait!
The weight that has been lifted already is incredible and I feel like a huge chunk of head space has been created and I can see a light at the end of the tunnel.
I honestly can’t thank Zoey enough and would 100% recommend this service to anyone struggling with clutter and disorganisation in their home.

I’ve had consistently great experiences over the last 3 months or so dealing with Lizzie Grant remotely and then Hannah for hands on sorting after a very difficult move. Hannah is calm, unflappable, efficient and a pleasure to be with. I recommend Hannah and the business overall highly.

Sophie really helped me sort through my clutter and to decide what I wanted to keep. We assigned things to charity, sake or throw away. I could not have done this without her help.

I've had a super lovely experience with these guys, working mostly with Sophie who is local to me. I was getting overwhelmed by all our stuff that had built up over the years in our little flat, especially working at home at times now. We went through basically the whole flat in 4 x 3 hour sessions, starting with my office space and ending with the kitchen. It's extremely helpful working with someone who can help keep you focused and motivated down to the last item, bring really helpful ideas about how to use your space more effectively and get stuck in with you. Sophie was super lovely and she didn't push us to get rid of things or change things we didn't want to but helped us think about things in a more practical way. Great communication from Sophie and the company and an excellent experience. Great value for money too, as it's like a long term investment. I really recommend them.
