Avoid this company, their furniture is low quality and their customer service is terrible

I have been trying to get my refund from this company for almost two months now.
At first, they ignored us after the couch fell apart; then they finally offered half the price of the couch as a refund. We provided our bank details but they sent the refund to the wrong account or maybe did not refund at all - they refuse to show any evidence of the refund and just say that they think they have done their part (by refunding either not at all or sending to the wrong account!)
Avoid this company, do not buy from them, it is not worth it for poor quality furniture and terrible customer service.

43387356 et je vous contacte depuis la mi-juillet. vous continuez à m'envoyer le même message pour me dire que vous pensez avoir envoyé le remboursement correctement mais que vous ne vous occupez jamais du problème, à savoir que vous l'avez envoyé sur le mauvais compte et que nous n'avons donc pas reçu notre remboursement partiel. J'apprécierais un remboursement du montant total du canapé qui s'est cassé moins d'un an après son achat, selon les détails du compte que nous avons fournis.

Extremely unprofessional company

Extremely unprofessional company, all they do is waste your time, avoid them at any price! They sit on your money for a month or two, they advertise stuff they don't have, they don't deliver as promised, but they don't communicate about that, then they pretend to have delays, then weeks later they pretend YOU cancelled the order! They have no slightest interest in their clients, otherwise nothing of the above would have happened! I understand unavailability can happen, but this level of disrespect is completely unacceptable. I have it all nicely documented.

P.S.: The answer from the company is gold!
1. They talk about products with limited stock and that I should have seen an estimated delivery date. However, they confirmed the delivery, and I have a screenshot of their promise to deliver two weeks from the date ordered. So, they try to blame it me!
2. Then they talk about customers they contact when a product is not available, and they cancel if there is no answer. Again, they blame me despite they never ever initiated any communication, they merely answered me with template emails each time they did not deliver as promised. I have them all...

So in short: they've used my money for 2 months, they didn't deliver anything, they still believe this has nothing to do with the quality of their service and they blame it on me. Incredible.

Dear Declick Deco, all I can suggest is to face your failures. It is OK to fail, it is not OK not to learn from failures and blame your clients. That just won't help.

Paid, No goods dispatched, they cancel order and increase prices

20 e-mails 1+ week and never any goods delivered
Claim they can delivery within 24-48 hr
Would not send to a French address they asked for. Blocked the stock to purchase again. Increased all the prices a week later.
They have no number that can be dialled from another country (0800). So telephone was impossible.
They ignore all facebook messages.
Worst customer service ever!!

28/07/16 – place order for 14 items, website accepts delivery to Switzerland
29/07/16 – Declik Deco say they will not deliver to Switzerland
01/08/16 - Declik Deco say I have to find a French address
01/08/16 – I provide a French address of a friend
02/08/16 - Declik Deco say a manager must approve change of address
02/08/16 - Declik Deco have not changed address and say I must be patient
02/08/16 – I ask if it would be quicker if Declik Deco cancel the order and I place again with the French address
03/08/16 - Declik Deco ask to cancel the order and I make the order again with new address
03/08/16 - The stock is not available because it is stuck in my old order
04/08/16 - Declik Deco have no idea what they are talking about and say,
“INDEED AS WAS THE SALES IN JULY AND IT'S THE HOLIDAYS, MANY ITEMS ARE DEPLETED. PLEASE APOLOGIZE US FOR THE INCONVENIENCE.”
04/08/16 - Now my original order is cancelled the stock is now available again.
04/08/16 – All items have had the price increased, some items more than 100 EUR more expensive
05/08/16 - INDEED, SINCE THE SALES PERIOD IS OVER, THE SALES PRICES ARE FIXED INCOME PRICES. HOPING TO-HAVE ANSWERED YOUR QUESTION, WE WISH YOU A PLEASANT DAY.
I placed the order over a week before and PAID for them and provided a French address.
The company refused to send the goods. Then they made is difficult for repurchase and then they increased the prices of everything on my order so I could no longer afford them.
They say a refund can take up to 2 weeks.
A waste of time. Everything on the order were for a store window display at my work. Now there is nothing to display, my money was taken, there have been 20 emails back and forth, nothing has been delivered. I now have to wait 2-3 weeks for delivery from another company.
Disgusting.
