Deck market were amazing I pre ordered and they got it to me for release day at rrp. Can’t be faulted in anyway brilliant
Excellent all round. Great price, good comms and super fast delivery.
Really disappointing, pre ordered a case of Pokémon months ago. low stock allocation so instead of attempting to send some of my stock they refunded the order completely. Was my sons birthday and now I don’t even have one box for him from the case.

Pre-ordered 2 Pokémon ETB's and they arrived in pristine condition, although 1 one cancelled due to limitations the communication from them was on point. would definitely recommend.
Good experience cause it came on time and in good condition. Happy with everything
Gone downhill massively over the time that I’ve been buying from them.
Their pre orders are always way more expensive than elsewhere and never refund the difference or offer a price promise.
My biggest gripe though is the fact they send you £400 products in little to no packaging, it was damaged in transit then tried to tell me I have to pay £40 to return it and then £10 for postage.
Really disappointed as I’ve been a customer for a long while now but I will be avoiding in the future and I would also if I were you. Never had such bad customer service from any trading card online company. All you get is emails back every 24 hours blaming you as the customer…
**NB**
Just in response to DM’s comments.
You notice how they say we do have a price promise and only drop the price if they chose. Not if the the product is grossly overpriced to begin with and all pre orders have already sold out. For example the Charizard ex box I paid £47 at deck market. Chaos, Smyths etc all sold for £38… no refund!
As for the damage during delivery if you’re expecting me the customer to pay over £50 just to return the item then you’re placing the blame firmly on my shoulders. Despite the fact you shipped a £400 product in a single skin cardboard box, no sign of a package peanut or even a piece of padding to take some blows. What’s to say the cards inside aren’t now ruined because it’s had 0 protection during transit…
Finally it’s nice to see such a quick reply when it comes to negative feedback, it’s a shame it’s not that quick when it comes to trying to sort a customers problem.
All in all I would avoid, this is clearly a very low level operation and I would stick to the more reputable sellers.

I have ordered multiple times and they have always been great. One order had to be refunded but communication was excellent. I will keep returning to Deck Market as I have never had a bad experience.
Preordered a UPC which came on time and well packaged 10/10 would recommend
Really good company to purchase from, great customer service. Would highly recommend.
Happy with my order, came quickly and was cheapest on market by some way.
Got items as promised kids well hapy as i am and great fun new characters and all

Unfortunately, I missed the part where I had to pay for postage fees, so had to go to my post office depot and pay to be able to collect the product I had ordered. Even with said fees, I had saved a lot of money and am overall pleased with my purchase from the site.
