Believe the one-star reviews. They push QR codes and ask for five-star reviews while you’re still in the office, and even offer free Kindles for reviews.
I came in for a $97 exam and X-rays, but was charged over $250 with added fees that were not clearly explained, including a 3.5% debit/credit card fee not mentioned at payment.
The office feels welcoming at first, but billing and explanations are not clear. I was asked to sign paperwork quickly without full explanation.
When I questioned charges and requested a refund for a service that never happened, things changed.
I do not recommend this dentist.
