SCAM: Poor quality clothing

Any positive reviews MUST be fake, you have to be joking!! Poor quality clothing, took weeks to arrive and what arrived it like a cheap copy of what was pictured on the website. It claims the fabric is cotton and polyester, what i received is more like a lycra type fabric - the cheap stretchy plasticky stuff that cheap copies are usually made of. Such a scam! Have asked for a refund!

Not worth the money or the anxiety!!

Starting from the beginning, I decided to get the Frank Ocean sweater listed on the site. It was a lot pricier than what I saw on Shein and Temu, but I try to avoid those sites because of their known use of child labour. I also thought this order would ship a bit faster since I was buying it for a friend’s birthday and was under the impression it was coming from the U.S. After I placed my $70 order, I found the company’s Trustpilot reviews about two days later... yikes. I immediately tried to cancel my order. The package hadn’t even been picked up by the carrier yet, so I figured it should be fine. But instead of cancelling, they offered me 15% store credit to keep the order. When I declined and firmly asked for a refund, they told me the request had been "forwarded to upper management" and to contact them again in 24 hours. Honestly, what??? It was obvious they were stalling so the package would be picked up and they could say it was "too late" to cancel. And guess what.. that’s EXACTLY what happened. While the order was in transit, my anxiety was through the roof. I kept checking the tracking info constantly because I was worried it would be lost, misdelivered, or anything else that would force me to deal with customer service again. It took about two weeks to arrive (which is typical for shipments from China to Canada), but when it came, the sweater didn’t even look like the one on the site. The shadow of Frank Ocean was supposed to be grey and dark grey, but mine had brown and dark grey. I also sized up to a large to make sure it would be roomy for my friend, but the fit is weird, the sleeves are tight, but the body of the sweater is abnormally wide. Regardless of the negatives, I am giving 2 stars instead of 1 because the material is honestly good. It's warm, thick, and doesn’t feel cheap at all. That said, I think there are better places to shop from, both for quality and customer experience. I truly hope no one else continues to get scammed by them.

This company is a complete scam. There is no existing return police, despite what they say on their website.
I have paid for postage back to China and still nothing after 6 months.

SCAM DO NOT BUY

Delivery time was horrid and when the products arrived the jeans stank of chlorine, the joggers irritated my legs and the hoodie zipper arrived broken. DO NOT BUY from here it’s stupid shein and Temu drop shipping and it’s all a scam. If you check their TikTok account they have a suspicious amount of followers for their views defo bought or bots. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM! The absolute worst, I should have read the reviews before I bought from here. I ordered 9 items only received 1 and they are telling me they can’t do anything about it and I should sort it out myself. I even paid for shipping insurance through their checkout, and asked for the contact details and they will not provide me with a contact detail.

DO NOT ORDER FROM DECARBA

I ordered a Jersey from Decarba because they had free shipping advertised, the Jersey was $89 (NZD). 2 weeks later the Jersey had arrived and was too small, not "true to size" like the description & size chart suggested. I emailed Decarba asking for an exchanged which they agreed but I would have to pay the cost of shipping to return the product and get the new exchanges jersey ($36 each way). I sent the Jersey back to Decarba (a factory in China). 3 weeks later I asked if they have to product as the shipping info says it's been there for 10 days. A couple days later they reply saying the product is being held at the boarder and they require me to pay a Customs Tax to get it (another $22). To accompany this great news they also inform me they are out the Size I wanted for my exchange so I can now only get a partial refund. So as a result after 6ish weeks I paid $147 (89 + 36 + 22) for what was an $89 jersey, & received a $61 partial refund.
DO NOT ORDER FROM DECARBA.

Ordered from "Decarba Australia"…

Ordered from "Decarba Australia" thinking it was a legitimate Aussie clothing brand. I paid $120 for a shirt that turned out to be a $50 AliExpress product with zero changes — just rebagged and sent out under their brand name.

The item was shipped from NSW, but when I returned it (at my own cost of $36), they told me I had to send it to China and then tried to deduct a hidden €20 tax from my refund — something they never disclosed on their website.

This is deceptive, dishonest and in breach of Australian Consumer Law. I’ve filed a complaint with the ACCC and requested a chargeback through my bank. Do NOT buy from this brand — it's a complete dropshipping scam hiding behind an Aussie name.

Wrong size

Ordered 3 joggers from their website on the buy 2 get 1 free offer. The free pair was completely the wrong size, and the size-label was ripped off the joggers, so you couldn't even tell what size it was. Luckily it was the free pair, but still would recommend everyone to stay away from Decarba.

Overpriced and misleading

I ordered my son some shorts for his birthday from Decarba Schweiz. I did my research and saw that the company is based in the Netherlands. They charge Swiss prices and the products are ordered from China.
I realised as soon as I saw the packing note and emailed the company straight away to cancel and they said this wasn’t possible??? It hadn’t even been shipped!
So after 10 days of ordering, I still have no shorts and am not convinced what the quality of sizing will be like.
My main issue is that you can not charge high street prices for garments shipped from China! This is thoroughly misleading.
Also, if the order hadn’t even been packed, why couldn’t I cancel!
Do not use this fire, it’s a rip off! 56chf for a pair of shorts that sell for 20 on shein!
Update - the shorts arrived and the sizing was wrong. I paid nearly 60chf for the shorts. I could send them back to China myself for 48chf, or accept a 9 chf refund.

I wish i saw the other reviews earlier because it is a scam I purchased the shirts and it was delivered to the wrong address and when i showed them proof of loss of my package they still would issue me a refund or even new shirts sent to me it really is a scam and i don't recommend shopping here. Its not worth the risk of never getting your money back.

Lowkey this clothing brand is not even that bad, and my package arrived in 2 weeks. If yo want to order from this online store you should only one thing because the 2+1 free is prob a scam, then your going to glaze(if you don't t t know what glaze means search it up.) the store by emailing them. And stay aware of when your package will be delivered by tracking it(they'll email you where your package is at.)

Scam! Terrible - Avoid

Terrible - on the refund page is listed an address in the netherlands, then to be told to return is an address in China! Scam! Basically dropshipping and minimising any downside. So poor. The owners should be ashamed.

No one should trust Decarba. They're liars and thieves

Since my last post Decarba customer service have proved how incompetent, inconsiderate with little empathy for their customers. I never stood a chance of getting a refund. I posted my sandals to THEIR returns address on the original packaging first class for next day delivery. I even sent them a photo of post office receipt. A week later they now tell me the returns address is in China and what returns address was on my packaging was incorrect. They're a waste of money and time.

Hi do not purchase from this company

Hi do not purchase from this company . I ordered 2 t shirts and a jacket .I'm still awaiting a response from 3-4 weeks ago!! One shirt i paid for did not turn up, another had white marks on it , and the jacket has lost one of the round holes to connect the jacket after a handful of times wearing it. The customer service is awful!!

Scam

If I could rate it worst then that i would! First the told me it would arrive 12-15 working days, it’s been 2 mouths. They don’t communicate with the customers except if you don’t white them, they don’t have a phone number so the only way to ask about your order is with gmail and the give you the same answer over and over again! I asked them multiple times why my order is not coming and they said: “It’s because it was damaged”. I wanted to send me a new one but the said they will send it back to their center to check it out. Now they want me to pay them delivery which cost 33$ for me to get a repaired jacket and if i don’t they can simply not send it back. Those guys are bunch of scammers don’t buy anything from them!!!
