full refund and good service

Read about the dropshipping issue and i found the jacket i ordered on temu. I told them i wanted a refund because i don’t want a jacket from temu and they refunded me right away with the total amount.

Very good help and custommer service.

Very happy with this shop It is not…

Very happy with this shop It is not easy for me to find streetwear that is different here. I bought graphic long sleeve and it is exactly what I wanted. The print is clear, not cheap. The cotton feels soft but strong. I wash it two times already and still perfect. I recommend!

This company is fake

This company is fake. On the website it says delivery is 2-3 days but it’s longer because it’s from china which isn’t mentioned on their website. Returning is a pain because on the package it’s a different address but when you want to return it will say you should ship it to china. Decarba is scam🚮.

Decarbra fleece: Block colour.

Negatives:
-Item took about 2 weeks+ to arrive from Hong Kong(speedy postage is a lie)
-The whole company is a front for a Chinese/ Hong Kong drop-shipping warehouse
-Quality & materials do not match the description online (not premium)
-The sizing fit small imo. Seen others say sizing is way too big. XL feels like a Large (5ft 10- male - may have just been eating too many pies)

Positives:
-The product is pretty much 1-2-1 with the images online
-Comfy
-Came in the size I ordered.

Other Info:
-There is no draw string on this fleece. Instead it’s a fixed elastic band. If you have wide hips I would recommend going one size up from what you usually wear.
-It’s not soft inside!

Returns not accepted despite consumer laws

I’m gutted I didn’t see these reviews before ordering as it seems we’ve all had the same experience. Item took ages to arrive and then I politely emailed to ask if they needed anything from me before returning a hoodie that was too small (fully prepared to pay the returns postage). They responded saying ‘ we’re generally unable to accept return requests for items that were correctly fulfilled — including issues related to sizing or personal preference’ despite their website clearly stating you can return items within 14 days, noting that the cost will be bourne by the customer UNLESS defective.
This is also against consumer law in the UK. From other reviews it seems like they do not care and will tax me the rest of the value of the hoodie regardless, if I do proceed to send it back.
It’s just sad that people like this exist - unable to make an honest living so spend their lives ripping people off.
Can provide screenshots of emails and conflicting website guidelines upon request and will be reporting!

Please don't buy Decarba

I purchased a hoodie for my son from Decarba, and it never arrived.
I requested a refund, but nothing happened.
However, they are experts at sending advertising!
If you can, please do not buy from them.
Unfortunately, I did not read the consumer complaints before making my purchase, and I regret it.

I didn't receive my product

I didn't receive my product, I waited months. The company simply doesn't care even though they charged a mandatory insurance fee. Extremely dissatisfied. I don't recommend it to anyone. I lost 60 pounds.

Terrible service

Terrible service! I will never shop with this brand again. I have purchased a pair of pants in June, it’s October and I’m still waiting. I have written several emails requesting a refund since I still haven’t received purchased goods but they are giving me run around and do nothing. Do yourself a favour and stay away.

Package took over a month

Package took over a month, thought it got lost but no. Then trying to get refund. Possibly the longest process ever. Idk if I’ll acc get it. Clothes too small. At least the Instagram page helped me with fast responses.

Placed an order 1.9.25, received email 4.9.25 to say order on its way. When clicking the link to track order, link was not recognised. Have contacted the company several times and have not received any reply. My son ordered a top and has had the same problem. Think this might be a scam site
