Really surprised me with how consistent…

Really surprised me with how consistent they are. Every order I’ve placed has arrived looking exactly like the photos, and the quality is even better in person. It’s rare to find a brand that doesn’t disappoint after the first purchase, but they’ve kept me hooked.

Bought the Inside Out Checkered Zipper…

Bought the Inside Out Checkered Zipper and the material feels and looks so fake and cheap. Was expecting a heavier material but its 95% polyester and 5% spandex. The zipper is super cheapy to. The inside pattern feels a little less cheap but the outside is bad.

Ordered a shirt in the wrong size

Ordered a shirt in the wrong size, but their response time was quick. We managed to change the sizing before it even shipped, which saved me a lot of trouble. Smooth process, and I appreciate that kind of flexibility.

Great costumer service

After a delivery mistake by the carrier, I contacted costumer service every day for a hole month and always got a response.
And I have my order now and im glad I didn't ask for a refund.

Scam brand

I placed an order, waited for the order for more than a month, the order was not delivered, supposedly due to the wrong address, although I indicated the address correctly and left all the necessary contacts to contact me, currently they are refusing to refund my money and even the ordered goods. And the Decabra company is not even trying to help its customers who they scammed

Wrong sized article, NO SOLUTIONS.

Not only did they send a wrong size article, but on top of that, handled the situation with absolute disrespect towards me, the customer. They first demanded photographs of the article being measured, acknowledging when studying them that they had issued the wrong article; however, later on, started to state over and over again through the thread that the article they had sent was the size I had paid for. Prior to that, they had told me they couldn't refund me or replace the article since their policy only contemplates incorrect or damaged articles for this kind of solution, and it was when I pointed out that they had sent an incorrect article according to the photographs I had taken, as well as to their very own size chart and STATEMENTS through the thread, that they begun to assure that the article I received was the one I had ordered.
Won't ever buy anything from them. I strongly discourage anyone to purchase from their web... It's also shocking how awful the fabric of the article seems to be, no quality whatsoever. They clearly use Photoshop to make their clothing look impressive on Instagram, but once you feel it, you realize it won't come out whole from the washing machine on its first run...

Shame you can’t rate 0 on here.. ordered a men’s XL jacket for my partner and when it arrived it fit me as oversized! (uk size 6) …
I emailed them stating I want to return because this wasn’t an XL but “we are unable to accept returns for sizing issues if the measurements match the guide”. They don’t. I measured this jacket which was 2cm short on everything! Matched the size L according to their “size guide”.
The response I got (even though I sent picture evidence it didn’t match) was that I did receive an XL and it did match the chart but if I still want to return I have to pay the return fee, customs, warehousing and restocking fees! Absolutely shocking

Do not buy from Decarba! Buy from another other company but them!

If you want the fleece you see on instagram go to: temu or ali express for under £20 you get the exact same thing and some on temu offer a fleeced inside too rather than plastic. The sizing is very weird I’m 6’2 and usually wear a medium with these sort of things it was way to small especially on the arms, there’s not point in returning it to get it replaced for another size as you have to pay more to return it than to buy a new one from temu or Ali express. They also try giving you something for free just to soften how much of a scam there company is.

The fleeces are absolutely everywhere no point in waisting your money on here to it not even fit, now going to try sell mine and get some of my money back.

P.S. By policy, if an item arrives damaged,defective or incorrect you must send a picture by email. Then you can receive another item without returning the previous one for free 😉
