Free shipping no minimum purchase required!
I'm forever a customer of DecantX, they have my heart for sure! I've gotten to try so many scents and not have buyers remorse for blind buying an expensive bottle before getting the chance to wear it on me for a few days. Their decants come in sturdy glass bottles the atomizers always work amazing I've only had one not work and they replaced it easy as pie. One of my favorite parts about them is they don't have any shipping fees. None of the spend X amount and earn free shipping, No. Free shipping no minimum spend! They have a rewards program where you can earn discounts. I could go on and on about how good of a company they are but you'll just have to try them for yourself and see!

Kristy, we might have to print this review out and hang it in the office!
It genuinely means a lot to hear how much you've enjoyed exploring fragrances with us. We're especially glad you gave us the chance to replace that faulty atomizer and that everything was handled so smoothly.
And yes, free shipping means free shipping! No minimums, no complicated math at checkout, just more room in the budget for another fragrance or two.
Thank you for being such a wonderful supporter of DecantX and for sharing your experience with others. We're lucky to have customers like you!
Good news/bad news
The bad news? Two of the six 2ml bottles I ordered didn't work. The spray wasn't functioning. The good news? Customer service was excellent in connecting with me to find a solution. I got the 2 replaced, and they both worked as advertised. DecantX has the scents I wanted to sample, and they were great fragrances to test out. I would definitely buy again from them.

Francisco, thank you for giving us the opportunity to make things right!
We're sorry those two atomizers gave you trouble, but we're grateful you reached out and allowed us to resolve the issue. It's especially nice to hear that you had such a good experience with our customer service team.
We know it's easy to walk away after something goes wrong, so your willingness to give us another chance genuinely means a lot. We appreciate your patience, your understanding, and most importantly, your trust in us. We hope your next order goes smoothly from start to finish!

Richard, thank you for taking the time to share such a heartfelt review.
It really means a lot to hear that Debbie and Michelle were able to make your experience a little easier. We're incredibly fortunate to have them on our team, and I'll be sure your kind words make their way back to both of them.
We're grateful you gave us the opportunity to help, and even more grateful to have you as a customer. Wishing you all the best Richard!
The scents were great. And a great value
The scents were great. The turn-around time was reasonable and good. The atomizers could be a bit better, BUT I'm fine with it. A little no-frills is fine in order to maintain a competitive price. The free shipping almost always tips the scales for me. It ususally mean a better price here, than other sites that even run a discount code.

Thank you for the thoughtful review, Michael!
We appreciate that you recognize the balance we're trying to strike between quality and affordability. We want our customers to spend their money exploring great fragrances, not worrying about extra shipping costs.
Your feedback about the atomizers is completely fair, and we're happy to share that we offer several atomizer options with different levels of quality and finishes for the 5 and 10mL sizes, giving our customers more flexibility to choose what works best for them.
Thanks again for your support, Michael. We hope your next order earns that fifth star!
Quality product!

Thank you Franklyn! We wish you'd found us sooner too, but better late than never!
Believe it or not, it took quite a bit of trial and error to find the right packaging, envelopes, and even tape to make sure our fragrances arrive safely and without leaks. We've come a long way, so it genuinely means a lot when someone notices those little details.
We're glad everything arrived quickly and in great shape. We really appreciate your kind words and look forward to helping you discover more fragrances!
Enthusiast perfumers, get your good stuff!
If you want to try that expensive perfume, you must buy a decant first! This is the place to do it!

Thank you for sharing your experience Gaielle.
We're genuinely sorry to hear that you've had trouble with our 5mL atomizers. We understand how disappointing it can be when the packaging gets in the way of enjoying the fragrances themselves.
We're fortunate to have a wonderful customer service team that's always happy to help with issues like this, and we would have gladly replaced the faulty atomizers had we known about the problem. That offer still stands, so please don't hesitate to reach out to us at sales@decantx.com.
We appreciate your honest feedback and hope we'll have the opportunity to provide you with a much better experience moving forward.
Perfect except for the bottles…
I love the free shipping and the prices are unbeatable. The bottles aren’t my favorite. The smaller sizes have a fishy smell to the bottles. Please change your bottles! Otherwise, Decantx is perfect.

Thank you for sharing your experience Christa!
A fishy smell is definitely not the kind of aquatic note we're going for... You'll be happy to know that we've since changed our bottles, so those unwanted surprises should now be a thing of the past.
We really appreciate your feedback and are glad that, aside from the atomizers, you've had such a positive experience with us. Here's hoping your next order is a five-star one!

Good company, but sample spray bottles are inconsistent.
Overall, I've had a pretty good experience with DecantX for sampling fragrances I want to try before spending money on a full bottle. The one issue I've had is that many of their 2ml spray bottles fail before the sample is empty, which can be very frustrating.

We take these concerns seriously and would love the chance to make things right. Please reach out to us at sales@decantx.com so we can look into the issue and help you out. We really appreciate your continued support and hope to make your next experience a five-star one!

Alex, thank you for such a thoughtful review! We're glad you were able to sort out the address mix-up and get your hands on that Aventus. And we couldn't agree more about the affordability. There's no reason you should have to spend hundreds on a full bottle just to enjoy a great fragrance. We really appreciate your support and can't wait to see what you decide to try next!

Five star service- authentic juice!
Five star service all the way. Great, fair pricing and orders ship quickly- unlike other decant services that sit for days as "label created" before actually shipping. Always a great, authentic, product, fully marked (on the atomizer you have to pull it out to see it). I have never had an issue with multiple orders, and on occasion they toss in a few free sample vials, the last ones being two Tom Ford splashes.

We're very sorry to hear about your experience. We completely understand how frustrating it must be to have an issue with your delivery and feel like you're not getting the help you need, especially after reaching out through multiple channels.
We take great pride in our customer service and typically respond to all inquiries within 24 hours, so hearing that you've been unable to reach us is particularly concerning. We looked into this and were unable to locate any emails from the email address associated with your order. It's possible your messages were sent from a different address, and we'd be happy to look into that further.
We'd really appreciate the opportunity to investigate what happened with your shipment and help get this resolved. Please contact us directly at sales@decantx.com with your order number so we can assist you.
We appreciate you bringing this to our attention and hope we have the opportunity to turn this experience around.
