Never had an issue
Only place I get my decants. Have ordered multiple times from them and shipping is always fast and the juice is genuine. Prices can be a little pricey depending on what you’re looking at but I’ve never had a leaky or damaged shipment and the glass vials are a plus.
Worth paying a little extra per ml for peace of mind.

The good and the bad
The fragrances were great, but I had two issues. One the shipping cost if you don’t spend over $60 is high and the other is the spray bottles for the 1-3ml do not spray very well and can cause you to miss spray.

We do offer free shipping provided you meet the minimum threshold. Why? Shipping is not free for us. The main driver, there is not enough profit for lower value orders to offset shipping costs. Another reason is shipping carriers are raising prices due to fuel charges increasing because of wars around the world. I am sure you know this already when visiting a gas pump. Small businesses cannot simply absorb these costs if we want to stay open. If you own a business then you should understand.
As for our sprayers, yes, some of them are defective. We ship tens of thousands of these every month. And with mass production, there most certainly will be duds. Obviously we cannot test every single one and is unfortunate you had the displeasure of experiencing one of these. But there is a simple solution in this case. We offer free sprayer replacements! Maybe you were unaware? We wish you would have contacted us about your issues so you could experience our amazing customer service. Hopefully, your next experience with us will improve. Hope this helps.
