No contact when email, thieving scum

these people are thieves the credit card companies etc should refuse to accept payments to them .It's over 2 months since my order and still nothing they do not reply to messages they must be having a big laugh at us silly brits etc ,.All the previous reviews are accurate beware or you'll be a loser

Stay well clear of this site.. constantly no live chat and they dnt reply to any emails regarding taking my money and not delivering the goods..😡😡😡and many more in the same situation and still the site keeps scamming with no repercussions..😡😡😡

Do not use this company take your money and you don't get your order.

Order November emails in December and January no reply and no stickers
How can they still be in business as most of the reviews here have same problem

Absolutely appalling customer care , non existent, emailed 5 times in one month zero reply and no product no explanation just blanked completely never never purchasing from them again not a chance

Placed an order in December, received an acknowledgement of order but nothing since...no response to emails, no stickers. Kicking myself for not spotting that they had a co.uk website but address is Lithuania. Do not use!

I wouldn't have even given them one star but trust pilot would not accept zero stars....
This is a scammer company they have a code.uk address but our base in Eastern Europe. Decals took forever to come and when they arrived they were damaged and extremely poor quality. You are not able to get any response from this company via email even using the support address that they manage to send you messages on avoid avoid avoid.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STAR TO WRITE THIS THEN I WOULD. THEY DO NOT ACCEPT ANY EMAILS WHICH ARE NEVER DELIVERED.
SO THE OBVIOUS CONCLUSION MUST BE THAT THEY ARE A SCAMMER COMPANY SIMPLY PREYING ON HARD WORKING PEOPLE AND SUBSEQUENTLY IT APPEARS I HAVE WASTED MY MONEY, OR THEY WOULD DELIVER WHAT WAS PURCHASED OR AT LEAST REPLY TO YOUR COMPLAINT EMAIL.
DO NOT USE THEM THEM!!!!!

Took money, never sent merchandise, do not respond to messages

Paid my money for some decals 6 months ago, never received anything from them. I tried emailing them after waiting a few weeks for them to arrive but my email couldn't be delivered even after numerous attempts. This is a scam company, do not buy from them.

This is what they do at Decals House
They send your first order out, then don't for any other. Lost only £20 on my second order that never came, but still, emails bounced back. Scammers. DO NOT TRUST. Can't believe their website is still allowed to stay up.

I honestly thought this was a fraudulent site and after I paid around £10 pounds and heard nothing..I started to read the customer reviews that were all negative..so I thought but my decals turned up today absolutely spot on could not be happier.thank you decalshouse excellent 👏

This company is a scam, tried contacting them and got no reply. Please don't get taken in by there website it looks legit, it's not. Waiting for weeks now on decals.
