When they pick up the phone

When they pick up the phone, the service staff is friendly and efficient. I’m from Florida and I’m wanting to go there just to meet everyone. Been doing business with them for three years purchasing signs.👍

Signs are a fair price BUT..

Signs are a fair price BUT... first couple orders were fine no complaints, last few were either short signs or they didn't have a blank one between the wire stakes so a few got damaged. They did send out new ones to fix it but it's still an inconvience between waiting & having to make multiple trips to distribute.

I have been a customer for a few years …

I have been a customer for a few years now. The last order was not satisfactory and sent an email expressing my concerns. There was no response. Delivery was great but the design/fonts was poor.

I did look at your design and it does seem a little and difficult to read. Did you express your concerns with your designer during the proofing process. We do not charge for multiple proofs and we should have sent additional proofs until you were satisfied. It is always a challenge to put multiple names running for multiple offices on an 24x18 signs and make the names large enough to be able to read. We always encourage our political clients to emphasize the candidate's last names for simple name recognition and the office they are running for can be very, very small as the name recognition is most important. We have processed multiple orders for you over the years and value your business. If you contact me directly we will make an effort to make this right for you. Also, I did not see your email voicing your concern as to the design.
