Hi there. I have dealt with BDO twice now. I am so very impressed with how much help and kindness was shown to me, during such a difficult time. Bankruptcy is never an easy thing to deal with.
Tami Rogers and the staff at BDO made it so much easier for me to understand how I got into bankruptcy, but more importantly, they taught me how to get out of it and stay out of it. The representative also, kept in contact with me through email and through phone calls. which was good, because i do not live near the city.

Was a little disappointed with the counselling. Was hoping to get more ideas and help with what I was doing wrong that got me into this situation in the first place. More individualized.

Awesome experience.
My only note would be that it’s very hard to get follow up replies about how everything is going.
Answers take days, or no reply’s at all sometimes.
