I have been really worried about my credit card bills and calls I have been getting from debt collection companies. James listed to all my problems and put my mind at rest and suggested a possible solution. Feel much better

Called me as said would at 9am, asked me what i wanted and i said DRO as i knew what i wanted and their web site indicated could do a DRO hence my contacting them. Very polite you man said shouldnt be a problem just needed ask me confirming questions, 20 mins later agreed DRO best for me, THEN told me they don't do DRO's and was going to pass me over to a different company that does!! How is that helpfull!! i told them what i wanted at start, why couldnt they say then they dont do it!! TOTAL waste of my and their time calling me, ^&£* and time wasters!

Jade who I spoke to was so helpful I felt a weight had been lifted felt like she could not do enough to explain things

In one hour all my debt worries was sorted. Friendly customer service would definitely recommend to anyone struggling with debts

I was unsure of this at first but the advisor I got speaking to made me feel calm and relaxed about talking about my financial situation and taking control of my finances. He helped me through all of my bills and finances to make sure that I was comfortable with everything I needed and future spending. He was amazing and I’m looking forward to being more in control of everything! They’ve helped me so much and couldn’t be any more thankful than I already am!

I was dreading making the phone all, but Louise made the whole experience very painless, all areas and options were covered in a very courteous manner. In one phone call my sleepless nights were bought to an end.

I dealt with Becky and Shaun and they put me completely at ease and made the journey alot more comfortable than past companies i have dealt with. Will definitely recommend
