Absolutely fantastic service! The team took great care during all stages of the proofs, the production, and the delivery. I had a pretty strict deadline and the team at Boekdrukker did everything in their power to accelerate the process. The end result was a very well produced book in all aspects. I went with a bound linen hard cover with gold foil. On some books the foil was not fully brushed out of the smaller spaced between letters but just going over it with my hand fixed all those issues. On a single book (out of 150) the text block was upside down. I had enough copies to not worry about a replacement but I am sure that they would have replaced it if I had requested it (given that they had mentioned this in their follow-up email). Very well deserved 5 stars.

Zeer behulpzaam en zorgvuldig geholpen met mijn fotoboek 'Mokari Makka?' over Japanse zakenmannen. Zowel voor de papierkeuze, als druktechniek voor zwart/wit fotografie werd professioneel advies gegeven. En bovenal was het geduldig controleren in goede handen, bedankt!

I've been using De Boekdrukker for my professional (retail sale) book printing requirements in Belgium for over a year, very pleased indeed.

Easy website, correct and high quality printing at very fair prices, and most importantly: Any time a problem has come up (I had a couple of issues with initial deliveries, also part of a delivery had a defect from a rogue printer roll) the customer service was quick and proactive.

In short: Highly recommended!!!
