Deblock closed my account without…
Deblock closed my account without notice and is holding my funds
In early July 2025, Deblock suddenly closed my account without any reason or prior notice. My balance of €1,208.18 has been stuck ever since.
Deblock first said the funds were sent to my Sogexia account, but Sogexia rejected them.
Then they told me to provide another IBAN in my name. I provided my Paysera IBAN in PDF format exactly as they requested.
Despite this, Deblock has still not refunded my money. Instead, I keep receiving generic answers like “please wait 14 days” — but it has now been over 6 weeks since closure.
Their customer service is extremely poor: slow or no replies, contradictory information, and no clear timeline for when I will receive my funds.
A financial service provider should not:
Close accounts suddenly without reason.
Withhold customer funds for weeks.
Provide such poor communication.
⚠️ I strongly advise others to be cautious before using Deblock. This is not acceptable behavior for a regulated financial institution.

The company advertises high interest rates, but only pays out a small fraction of that. During my test, I incurred additional costs because they forced me to sign up for an expensive premium account. I got a poor exchange rate, and the promised interest wasn't paid. I then tried to close the account, but the support was also very poor. I can't close my account myself, and support is unavailable. I strongly advise anyone against opening an account there to save money. In the end, you'll lose more than you paid in.

Was told I'd get 2 months of Premium Free
Was promised 2 months free premium after accidentally paying to upgrade to Premium instead of getting the 3 month free Premium on sign up offer from a X(Twitter) referral link. Refunded the €14.99 for the first month but afterwards it only showed the one month, was promised by their team that the upgrade for month 2 would happen after the first month ended low and behold next month comes by and no Premium and no way to contact them now I'm on standard. Extremely disappointed what a massive let down.
Absolute scammers and jokers, at least if this is the end they lost money having to pay to manufacture and send me a Premium card free of charge that I'll never use, not that it was anything revolutionary or particularly pretty just a ratty piece of plastic that looks like it costs about 2c to make

One year wait for something other banks do in a few days
I have been waiting for one year for Deblock to process a refund after I send a transfer to a friend with a Deblock account and they suspended his account. I left a review on here before, to which Deblock responded to deflect the blame to my bank. This is incorrect as the issue is Deblock. They have since agreed to process the transaction, but first requested additional information. I have provided this but I am still waiting for the refund two months later. I do not understand how this is legal.
