This company has taken a nose dive into a garbage brand
After years of drinking only death wish my calls for help are left unanswered. I have been sending emails via their contact which I'm thinking is help@deathwish and crickets! I get a message that they will take 2 days to answer me. How about over a month and not a word. I have sent several at this point. I'm absolutely never buying another bag of this coffee. How can you blast my email with at least 30 different promotions but not reply to one email. Way to go on getting a good rating on google and then locking your reviews so all the people you have pissed off cannot destroy that rating. There is zero chance that you are a 4.5 star company. Do better or don't but know that you lost another around $100 a month.
