They don't give about their customers. They increased the rent and ignored our rejection. We've been in contact with them for months now and the customer service is really bad. They just never get back to you.. We're also paying extra fees every month for no reason that are just added to the bill.

The process went very fast and smooth. We selected our options in the website and the next day, we received a reply from Trine who helped us with the rental process. We could get to see the apartment the day right after our contact.

Dear DEAS,
I lived in Blækhus Vanløse from November 2021 until April 26th (when I returned my keys and officially moved out). A New Tennant started living in the unit on May 15th, 2022. I was told everything looks fine since I have taken good care of the apartment and that the only thing that needs fixing is a new paint job, a standard procedure that a contractor provided by DEAS can only do, as stated in the housing contract.
I have NOT received my DEPOSIT since today, August 10th, 2022. Its been more than 12 weeks since a new tenant has lived in the apartment. How is this possible?!
Every attempt I have made to contact DEAS resulted in your workers either not knowing or shuffling me around to another person not knowing. Eventually, I was told that the deposit return delay was due to a missing invoice from the painters that have renovated the unit. Seriously? I am an architect, and I have never heard of a contractor that does not submit their invoices after 12 weeks?! This honestly feels like a scam and makes me question why they withhold my money.
I have been talking to 5 different people on the phone who all tell the same problem, but no one seems to be able to find a solution. When I finally found someone who said she would look into the issue, she stopped working at DEAS a week later. Great!
I am writing this review because I seriously do not know what to do anymore, so please, DEAS! Get your house in order and give me my deposit back.

This is a very unprofessional and mismanaged agency. Please beware before dealing with them in any form. They have no organisational communication; they never respond to emails. When called, everyone in their organisation either gives a different answer or blames it on someone else and transfers your call.
Once you sign a contract, you will have to email and call them constantly for the tiniest of issues and errors. If you luckily get their response via email, they are generally very rude and reply in one sentence, which doesn't answer your query in any form.
I have a series of email conversations to support this review. Just be careful while dealing with them.

So DEAS replied to this review immediately after the post but did not reply to my email that I sent them an hour (and also many emails from the past many weeks) before posting this review. This happens when you care about your outside image as a company rather than the customers. If you cared about your customers in the first place, you wouldn't have to save your image later on!!
