A very bad stdandardized process

A very stdandardized process with little flexbility for questions. But the process at findbolig itself was ok.

UPDATE:

I am harresd by "Institutionelle Investorer - Team 7" to deliver documents already handed in. Further, it was not possible to move in in time even though I had to pay for the period. I am absolutely disappointed that my employeer chose DEAS for property managmenet. They have stuck and inflexible business processes that do not allow a customer service that people deserve.

DEAS by far has been one the best…

DEAS by far has been one the best rental partner that I have used from the time I have been in Copenhagen. The agents who handled my case were very proactive and friendly. Thanks a lot and keep up the good work.

Deas sikrer at lejlighed er i en rigtig god stand når den overtages

We had a good experience with deas. The apartment was delivered in an excellent condition, which is a very good thing about deas as they ensure everything is as it should be. The building and the surroundings were well manintained. When we cancelled the apartment we had to make sure it looks as great as when we took it, which we did. We had no problems with deas during moving out. They do not get five stars from us because maybe service should be improved. For example when our dishwasher broke, we had to wait two and a half weeks for the problem to be solved, and this is a challenge for a modern family with small children :)

Thieves

A company that steals money from customers. Paid rent with prepayment of heating which I never used as I decided not to move. They are not willing to give the prepayment back.

I had the bad fortune to get in touch…

I had the bad fortune to get in touch with DEAS customer service if you can actually call it like that. They showed no initiative at all to find a solution for my issue and didn't even made the effort to reply to my mails/call me back. VERY frustrating and I hope I don't need to get in touch with them anytime again.

DEAS a company allergic to customer…

DEAS a company allergic to customer service.

In the end of July I have contacted DEAS service center to ask for a plumber since the toilet was broken (was'n able to flush). After getting in touch with the service center I have been told that it will take a while until a plumber will call me due to vacation period but meanwhile I could use a bucket.

After a week of using a bucket like in the Medieval age (for a 15.000 dkk rent), I went to the local janitor since no one bother to call me. Again the same story that they were in holidays but they will make sure a plumber will call me that week.

Another week passed and no plumber called. At this point I called in to the Administrationteam where this lady with an arrogant tone and allergy to customer support tells me that they are in the lunch break but someone will call me in short time... Again nothing happened.

Since no one bothered to fix the problem I sent an email to the Administration. The day after I got an email (that sounded like they did me a big favor using another plumber company) and the problem was solved.

Waiting 16 days (18 since the toilet broke) for a 10 min fix is totally unacceptable but going through all of this customer service journey is outrageous considering the fact that they are paid from the tenants rent contribution...

Good idea to have audio Record of all verbal unwritten advice as proof of bad advice

IF any Directors of DEAS listen to this crystal clear 4 minute recording of the verbal exchange between myself and an elderly female DEAS Manager I wonder if they would give her a pay rise or fire her ???? I will be happy to supply a link to the recording to everyone who asks to hear it.
At the opening of our Andelsbolig Generalforsamling, hear our construction industry insider Formand (woman) call for a vote with no forslag , not even a listed topic on dagsorder, totally shitting on Dansk Andelslov with a vote against Dansk Grundlov Right of every citizen to keep their own independent record of all personal business dealings. All can then hear the DEAS employee administer the vote when in fact she should have obeyed Dansk lov by preventing ANY vote for which no forslag existed on dagsorder .
Naturally it makes $$ $ense for DEAS to do whatever it takes to keep every Bestyrelsen Formand a happy cash cow using as many extra DEAS services and DEAS partners services as possible, creating an unhealthy conflict of interest for a professional Administrator who should be safeguarding andelshavers assets NOT milking corrupt or incompetent Formand.
The moral here is ´´ only accept and only pay for truly INDEPENDENT AUTHORISED PROFESSIONAL ADVICE and if not given in writing , make an audio recording ´´.
