Danielle at Dears on the High Street Dunfermline was very easy to deal with and removed my ear wax painlessly. She gave me very good advice and I would have every confidence to use this service again and recommend it to my friends. Worth every penny of the £55.

Kamil at Dears pharmacy was the friendliest person! Felt extremely comfortable on both visits. First time we were with him for nearly an hour explaining preventatives and the vaccines we could receive. He explained everything so well, and was so easy to pay attention to. Would definitely go back for any further needs at a pharmacy! Thank you so much Kamil!

Visited Dears Dunfermline twice for my travel clinic and seen both times by Kamil. He’s a star!
Never felt rushed, put me at ease straight away and was very knowledgable.
Injections were pain free, played some calm music and just made me feel very relaxed.

Wouldn’t hesitate to return to speak to Kamil again.

Kamil was very thorough in the vaccinations I would require travelling from Australia via the Polynesian Islands to America. Over the two visits,he was very polite and professional, and gave me all the information I required about the trip, and with administrating them.

I met with Kamil today and I was extremely impressed by the quality of service provided. I will be travelling to Indonesia for work in a few weeks time and my company now recommends a typhoid vaccination. But Kamil went through all of the health conditions that I may be exposed to from the WHO site and we added another couple of important vaccinations. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Excellent travel service. Kamil explained the various vaccines, how they worked and how they were administered. And for someone like me who hates injections he was brilliant!

Went in for advice from Pharmacist had to write down what was wrong, she came out and said what is the problem? I said I have written it down as I dont want to day in front of the shop. She then replied well I cant read your writing and we are very busy at the moment. Needless to say I was embarrassed and just left the shop when she said she couldnt help, so unprofessional!! She was a forgein lady, small with glasses.

Kamil was extremely professional, humorous and friendly when giving us a vaccine and explaining their purpose. Painless jabs :)

The actual inoculation was painless and quick.

A massive thank you to the pharmacist Kamil. I am travelling to Tanzania in a couple of weeks and left my vaccines very last minute as I didn’t realise I would need a booster. Kamil managed to fit me in without an appointment and do the vaccine I needed, as well as provide a full course of Malaria tablets. He was lovely, quick and very thorough in explaining everything. All other staff were lovely too. I’ll definitely come back. Thanks again!

My wife forgot to order her meds from her doctor before the Easter holidays.
Dears pharmacy only received the prescription's this morning and went out their way to prepare them the same day, only to find they didn't stock one item. So a lovely young lady called 'Danielle,' called other chemists in the area and managed to get my wife's meds in the afternoon and called me up when they arrived. 'First class service.'

Hammad gave us so much information of precautions we could take on our upcoming trip to India when we attended for our travel vaccinations.

Use Dears Dunfermline for Covid-19 and flu vaccines. The pharmacist there is fantastic at administering injections and each I have had has been painless, stress free and delivered with kindness. Thank you.

5 stars not enough for the staff in this pharmacy ,always polite courteous and very helpful and understanding at this difficult time that our family are going through,

Went to the pharmacy this afternoon to ask if someone could examine my painful ear. Was seen immediately by Dayne who quickly diagnosed inflammation and prescribed ear spray. Great service when GP practices are so busy. Highly recommend.

Some of the pharmacy team here are amazing! They are usually helpful and kind, which is important when dealing with GP mess ups and accessing vital medications.

But some of the team are bad listeners which makes them incompetent! Also, don't put slips into the dispensing machine on the outside - they don't check it at this branch.

My issue accessing medications from a prescription slip got resolved by a great pharmacist today, but not before 2 members of staff did not listen to what I was saying and were inputting incorrect info into the computer.

Danielle, what can I say. I visited Dunfermline branch to have bloods taken for health reasons.
Danielle explained process, was patient ensuring I understood the process.
I have now changed pharmacies to Dears because of the professional and friendly service.
Now they can order my regular prescriptions at ease.
