Love this ballet flat. Very feminine. The mesh is soft and supple. It breathes so that my feet aren’t hot or sweaty. And, the leather trim holds well on my foot. The soles are comfy. I expected to feel the hard pavement, but that’s not the case. I did size down a half size.

Terrible customer service. I bought a pair of boots that went on sale that day and then mysteriously the price changed to almost 50% lower within hours of my purchase (I believe it was a pricing error on the site at first as 70% off was advertised but not the discount I received) customer service would not refund me for the difference or provide proof that it wasn’t an error on their part. They did give me a store credit that I have no use for that’s only valid for 1 year. Tried to shop small and support a business but will never shop here again.

Fast delivery and very good quality products

I'm very satisfied with this purchase. I wore the boots for a long walk right out of the box, and they felt great—almost like I'd been wearing them for ages. The sole is extremely comfortable with a slight spring to it, and the boots are impressively lightweight. While I expected the leather to be softer, it's soft enough while still holding the shape of the boot well. I ordered my usual size, and they fit perfectly.

The quality is amazing, and I love the look of those heels! The bonus is that they are also very comfortable considering the height of the heel!

Beautiful boots! I can’t fault them! I’ve got my usual sz UK5 in trainers/boots and I wear UK4 in flats and these are perfect and unbelievably comfy, no breaking in needed! Excellent service, updates provided throughout. Great experience all around! I will be purchasing again the future! Thank you xx

Only complaint is the delivery process, I guess coming from UK has there trouble in EU.
However I must say that their costumer support is kind and do everything they can to help

I’m a stiletto person… i don’t wear flats, and my comfy shoes are normally very “chunky”, but something attracted me to this shoe, and after thinking on it for a month plus, i finally purchased them and boy am i glad i did. What a GORGEOUS shoe! The sparkle is so beautiful, and the shoe while delicate feels like it is strong enough to last. I have a wide foot so i sized up and I’m glad i did, as the leather piece around the top is a bit fitted, but I’m confident it will mold to my foot perfectly.

The Park boot is exactly as described. Very high quality, extremely comfortable and light-weight, which I love. I vary between a US 7/UK 4-4.5 / FR 37-38. I purchased the 38 since I wanted them roomy for thick socks in winter and this was the right size for me. I’ll be buying more from this brand.

I love these so Tye slides in olive much. Purchased in the sale. Excellent fit. Look exactly as in the photograph - very pleased.

The boots are beautiful and I can't wait to wear them once it's boot weather again. The heel is the right height to be comfortable for long wear, yet still sexy and sleek.

I love these shoes, and today, my first day wearing them my flight got cancelled and had to walk between terminals to see if they would put me in another flight. I was afraid that at some point my feet would really hurt and I have to say that they are very comfortable. This is my first time wearing them and after running around in a huge airport I am not at all in pain. I love you Dear Frances, you are thus far my favorite shoe brand.
