The sizing tool was a bit off for me. I'm 6'3, 200lbs, and it suggested 36x34 in the tailored jeans. I tried 36x35. The inseam was great, but the waist was far too big.

Fortunately, the return process is super simple and easy on the customer. I requested the exchange (34x36), and they shipped it out shortly after with a free return bag. The jeans fit as I like them now.

My Dearborn Denim Jeans fit perfectly and have become my favorite jeans! This is an accomplishment as I am 52 and NOT A SIZE 4.

I had an issue with shipping and a customer service rep. was immediately in touch with me. The whole experience was great.

Exactly what I was looking for and received what I expected. Reviewing options and ordering was easy. The main down-side is that lengths are not really custom. There are set lengths that can be harder to find in the market, but not odd measurements. Also, getting something close in my length wasn't offered in all styles - just one style. Adding all lengths to all offerings would be nice.

I found an ad for Dearborn on Facebook and was initially skeptical of the quality and construction based on the price -- also that I'd be buying online without any ability to try on at a store. In both cases I was pleasantly surprised. The fit and quality are solid (not perfect - but much better than expected for the price). The shipping was fast and packed well. All around great. I also bought a Horween leather belt and it is top-notch excellent. So glad I found this maker.

Great fitting jeans. I like the fact that they are lighter weight- means that I can keep wearing them in warmer weather...Can't beat them for value and prompt shipping either.

Love the jeans. Most comfortable I've ever owned. Shipping delays are understandable. But if prices go any higher would be tough to justify as a consumer. Free shipping or discounts would encourage future purchases.

The jeans met my expectations, they were a decent price, and they arrived quickly after I ordered them. I like that they're made in Chicago. I am not a very picky person though.

The denim is very thin. The shape of the jeans is quite bizarre. Yes, they say high-rise, but these are seriously grandma, John Hancock-high rise. Rob, design a mid-rise, and/or low-rise. They look so weird: big, puffy butt, wide thighs, and narrow legs. (Not a description of my body, LOL!) Plus, the straight leg version is barely wider than the skinny version. I am so disappointed in these jeans. I am a strong advocate for buying local, and made in the U.S.. They also have to get their customer service together. They have no telephone number, and take a long time to respond to emails. You can dig around on the Internet to find their telephone number.

Amazing! They are comfortable, durable and fit like a glove. Don't hesitate purchasing from Dearborn. They are a small company making a fantastic product.
