From the start everyone we spoke to at Deanes gave us straight positive answers to all questions. Our room has odd shaped ceilings but it was no problem to Deanes, we made many changes throughout from start to finish and found them very easy to deal with. The fitter Rafal was brilliant with great attention to detail and made a very professional job. It was nice at first meeting to be able to discuss prices without someone saying that they have to come out to measure up before pricing like so many other companies.

The service was great from start to finish. They spent time listening and provided all the information we needed. The fitter was great, worked fast and left no mess. The workmanship is great.
Very satisfied and would recommend.

We had our wardrobe fitted just before Christmas and Deane's have done a fantastic job, it looks better than we had hoped. Sam, the fitter, was with us for two days and was very hard working and also very tidy. We feel that the workmanship is high quality and are pleased to have chosen Deane's.

Deane Interiors have just finished my fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers and my partner and I are really pleased with the results. The fitters worked really hard and I’m really pleased with the experience.
We told them what we wanted to include and were sent designs for us to choose from based on what we asked for.
There were a few delays with the doors coming later than planned, explained to be supplier delays which are understandable at this time but Sam and Cat kept me updated the whole time.

Be aware of Deane interiors . Management is the worse you can encounter . We paid for a wardrobe , which was very expensive , giving them a window of more than 3 months to have it manufactured and installed .
When the fitting day arrived , we have a wardrobe been fitted without doors AND NO ONE FROM THE COMPANY HAS CONTACT US AT ALL. We got in touch after a few days as we haven’t heard anything from the company . We called to be told that they were experience some issues our doors as the doors is manufactured somewhere in Europe . That said , they do advertise that their products are manufactured in the U.K.
3 weeks later ,we had our doors fitted and the last invoice of £330 approx to be paid as for the terms and conditions . To my dismay , at 12 noon of the next day of wardrobe been installed ,the very professional Catrina , called me asking for an immediate payment of the invoice. We don’t have a problem in paying it, but strikes me how they were so quickly to contact me for payment and lack so badly in contact me to inform of the inability to finish a job to wish they had 90 per cent of the money paid up front . There are lots of companies out there looking for your business and will consider your as a customer and keep you informed throughout the process .We actually had to chase them if for the doors samples as the sales rep didn’t follow that through either .

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS .

I had beautiful cream wardrobes fitted by Deane Interiors last month. I panicked a bit when Dominic came to do sales pitch as they were very busy and had few fitting appointments left so I paid my deposit and agreed the date without price matching. I was sent a computer generated preview but I was very unhappy with this as Dominic suggested they should be non carcassed. I understand the reason for this if you had limited space but I had room for 3 double wardrobes and they just looked naff. He said it would cost another £600 to carcass them which seemed steep to me at which point we got price match comparisons and managed to get them fully carcassed for £500 less than we were going to pay. My advice is don't sign anything until you are completely happy (fortunately I hadn't initially). Having said that the fitters were lovely and the finished product is absolutely beautiful and I would highly recommend them.

I would advice anyone to be wary of this company. I found them to be unethical and unprofessional.

I first enquired for a quote for a built in wardrobe in my new home. I was speaking with Dominic and Catrina. They originally quoted £1750, I expressed that I have received much cheaper quotes from other companies.

Deane Interiors confirmed that they could price match, my quote was £1,000. Dominic confirmed that he would price match this. So, I cancelled all my other appointments with other designers, as Deane Interiors beat all quotes. However, the next day came, and they started upping their original quote. This was for no reason other than clearly they didn’t want to charge £1,000. I would assume it’s more greed than anything else. But it is certainly unprofessional.

I then spoke with Catrina at length about what they have done, however, they didn’t particularly care and it has transpired that I have had to grovel back to a previous suppliers who I declined.

Be careful with Deane Interiors because they are clearly many hidden charges, which they add after the quote. Also, if they decide to price match, be careful as they will revise the third party quote. For example;

I received a quoted for £1,000 from a different company. However, Deane Interiors have decided to add a further £200 to this quote which isn’t their quote to do so. So they will price match to the sum they want to.

I have learned my mistakes, and I will be much more careful in further. But just be wary of this company.

I originally wrote a review that pointed out the poor customer service, poor installation and poor attention to detail that we had had to to put up with.

And so it was.

The important word here being "was".

We did indeed have some serious issues with the work that had been undertaken, and the poor service, but I am very happy to give credit where credit is due, and Deane did take our complaint very seriously.

Indeed to such an extent that they have removed all the previous poor work completely and re-installed the wardrobe to a very high standard and we are now very pleased.
