Terrible .
Absolutely unprofessional customer service which does absolutely nothing to resolve the problem which has been issued by dealproffsen itself.
NOT recommend at all otherwise you gonna lose your money, time and patience in order to contact them and find out why such a service still exists.

Worst customer service ever. Broken things
I ordered a chair that took 2 week in arriving (more than estimated time). One of the pieces was broken, which I imnidetly let them know, and it took some time for them to answer I had to send several messages. When they answered that they would send the piece, one wheel of the chair broke by sitting on it one day, Im a very small person awith an XL chair. I asked for a refund as the entire experience had been really bad. I still have no extra piece, extra wheel or my moeny back. The chair was bought in November. I still have to sit on a kitchen chair on my office......

The assembly manual is poor and frustrating, I still can put together the grill after days of trying to understand the instructions.
Why put all screws in one pack of they are all different
Include a video and share with customers going forward

100% Scammers
I ordered an item from this store and right after 5/6 hours I noticed, I ordered wrong specification. I fired an email right there. After 2 days, I got email, my product is being shipped. I went to the site again, tried to look into site, found 3 emails. I fired cancellation email appending all the emails 2 times. I never received any response.
Then I got email from local postal that I have a order. I refused to take it. Since, I met all the criteria and kept emailing. After, 10 days they replied saying, the cancellation email must be within 7 days and in a specific email. I emailed back saying, I did but they seem to have changed email to contact support. Run away from this site.
