Purchased GSJ200 Masticating Slow…
Purchased GSJ200 Masticating Slow Juicer recently but Juicer not working so call the company to replace it. They were very good and apologies to me and replaced the new juicer two days later.
Use it for 6 days, juicer broke down ! I call them back and they agreed to send the juicer back to them and gave me a full refund. Very impressed with their services.

so far so good, nice machine for the price, very sturdy, works well, one year warranty.. very happy with it.. maybe the deliver company needs a word, the box came and had clearly been bashed about, it was hanging open. i bet it didnt leave the factory that way. but no issues with the company at all
