This company is just a cover-up for thiefs.
I ordered a watch and got a totally different one.
After complaining they promised me a refund, but even now after several mails and months (without any answer anymore) I still didn't get my money back.

They deserved - 0 star rating. Scammer company. I placed my order on June 4, 2019. After about month received e-mail with shipping tracking number... package leaving Laos.... Never received my purchase. Bunch of scammers who must go to hell unless they already working from there!

This Company is a scam. I placed two separate orders in June. As of October 5 I have not received my orders. Do not order from this company

They diserved 0 stara, I ordered an item on July and never Got my stuff, 149.00$ gine away

I ordered an item in March and had all kinds of mails saying it had shipped only to see it had been delivered by royal mail , who are also useless - Not received by me - and the cs mails don't go through !!!
What a joke

Same story here: ordered an item 3 or 4 months ago; they took my money; have received nothing. Tracking number led to Laos (!!!), where the trail went cold. Note to their "Customer Service" -- what a JOKE!-- also got no results. Why are these criminals still in business? Close them down!

This company is a joker, thief, fraudster and all adjectives used to describe scammer. I 0rdered dish drainer from them in July, they sent transaction number, and it is stuck in Laos since July 21,. Can get email response, every mail is undelivered. No phones. Big time scammers, i need my stuff.

I purchase a product from a deal haven, they took the money out of my account and have not seen any product. I ordered it in a June and still have not heard anything. I want my money back. Do not buy anything from them!!!

Ordered a battery hammer 2 months ago, still not got it and they ignore all emails, don’t trust them they are terrible scammers

I ordered two fishing nets back in May paid 81 and never got them do not buy anything from this company it’s a scam.

I also ordered a magic fishing net and when it got to the US I couldn't track it. It was delivered 2 months ago to somewhere that even the post office couldn't look up. There was no address. This is a scam! Can't even get a hold of Deal Haven now. It says the support email doesn't exist.

Do not purchase from deal haven.
I ordered a Magic Fishing net on June 7, 2019 and have not received my product as of September 19, 2019. The view order status button does not work in the email confirmation. This site will cheat you. Do not spend here.

On May 28, 2019 I bought the product Jump Starter portable power bank with the order number LADGG0001255728YQ, on May 29 it appears charged to my Bank of America CASH REWARDS credit card for 55.98. After almost two months of several calls and complaints of mine, which by the way nobody answers, just a recorder, finally on July 23 I get a notice from my PO BOX of having received a shipment in my mailbox. On July 24 I went to Mr Mail (511 East San Ysidro Boulevard, San Ysidro CA, 92173) to check my mailbox, and you deliver me an envelope in which of course what I had requested would not fit, I open it in the presence of the employees, thinking that you had probably sent me a message In that plastic envelope and surprise, it came completely empty, I demand an explanation, the sending again of the device, or the return of my money, I ask you to please answer this message as soon as possible. Thank you

I send a email but they returned to me without answer, what can I do

This Website is a SCAM!!!! I ordered a product and here we are 4 months later and I never received it, I complained and requested a refund and I just get the run around. I finally received a shipping label in the mail from the Philippians with a small trinket inside, SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM, learned my lesson and lost 60 bucks....

Have been in email conversation with "Elizabeth" for two months now......she asked me to "trust" her! Ha! Ordered in late June and nothing! I want a refund. Now my emails are returned with a note stating that my email is not recognised by them so it is not sent through. This is beyond frustrating and I am ready to get legal!

I ordered and paid for a paddle board. When I did not receive any shipping papers, I jerked and received one apology after another. They had sold more than expected and their supplier had failed them. Eventually, I got enough, canceled and demanded my money back, but heard nothing. Then I contacted Paypal and through them I got my money back. Dealhaven is an accomplished fraud enterprise and I think their site is closed.

They said it was shipped on June 29. (See below). It is now 2 1/2 months later an I still have not received it. My patience is getting mighty thin. I have no way of tracking and seeking the next course of action. . According to the shipping schedule it was turned over to be processed in US 15 July. Have never received it. Wish we could prosecute them. SCAM ARTISTS THEY ARE.
