Wanted to make an exchange on a product. These items must be from China as they're smaller in US size. Rather than return the product, I just wanted to exchange for the next size up.

Been going back n forth with customer service as they don't seem to understand or want to process an exchange.

Needless to say, this has not been a pleasant experience, I wouldn't shop here again. And I'll be advising everyone I know and my platforms not to do business with this company.

Bought a pair of shoes for $43 in size 8 and what was delight was not what was show in advert. The product is if poor quality and size 5!
Their @support person was rude and totally unprofessional. Refused to refund.

This place is a joke the dress they sent is not the dress in the picture and the refuse to return it despite the return policy on the website.

Do not give this place your money

The buttons on the $43 jacket I bought are PLASTIC. They didn’t send me a return label or any information except an address to return it to in China “at your own expense.” Took two weeks to get to me in the first place. I’m very doubtful I’ll see that money again.

you can get the exact same clothes on aliexpress, they use the same pic and all that they just reprice it
