While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

Deposited 30, gone in under half an hour on their “popular” slots. No features, no small wins to keep me going, just straight downhill. Not even mad, just completely unimpressed.
ticket 7742 closed as resolved. nothing had been resolved. reopened it, got a new number, which reset the queue position, which i suspect is rather the point
started in january and it was fine. somewhere around march it got slower, support got vaguer and the offers got smaller. same site, different experience.

Language support is weak
They claim to support multiple languages, but when I switch, half the site stays in English anyway, and the translations look like they were done with a machine. I asked for help in my language and they answered only in English. Kind of pointless.
Feels like casino 1.0
Other brands feel modern, with achievements, side quests, stuff like that. Here it’s just spin and lose, spin and lose, like ten years ago.
Clear Info On Game Contributions To Wagering
On the bonus terms page they clearly list which games count 100%, which less, and which don’t count at all towards wagering. Saves you from accidentally grinding a game that doesn’t help clear the bonus.
No phone support, only chat and email
Personally I don’t mind typing, but some people prefer calling, and this casino doesn’t offer phone support at all. Live chat and email are the only options. For me it’s okay since chat is 24/7, but if you feel more comfortable talking to a person on the phone, you won’t get that here. Would be nice to at least have a callback option.
Deposit easy, leaving hard
They push you to stay with all these “are you sure” messages when you try to self-exclude. I changed my mind twice and kept playing, now I wish I hadn’t even found this place.
Too many verification emails
Every tiny change like new card or address triggers another document request. Feels like dealing with a bank, not a leisure site.
Cashier clearly shows pending withdrawals
In the banking section you can see which withdrawals are still pending, which are approved, and which are completed, all with timestamps. It’s reassuring when you’re waiting for your money to know exactly where things stand instead of guessing. You can also cancel pending withdrawals in some cases, though that can be a trap if you lack discipline.
Just another place to lose
Deposited 30, gone in under half an hour on their “popular” slots. No features, no small wins to keep me going, just straight downhill. Not even mad, just completely unimpressed.
