WARNING WHEN ORDERING VIA Dea Kudibal UK site
I really like Dea Kudibal clothing, I have usually purchase from UK outlets without issues. Recently I have bought direct from Dea Kudibal UK and paid in pounds Sterling. Unfortunately the dress didn’t fit. It cost £13.00 to return the item via Royal Mail, eventually the refund was processed in Denmark and a fee of £27.00 was deducted from my payment apparently for customs charges? So, having no dress it has cost me £40.00 to try this dress, so be aware you are not really buying from the UK. Very disappointed as I shall not risk this again. The UK team of Dea Kudibal although polite could not offer any explanation for this process within the company.

All orders from Dea Kudibal are shipped from Denmark. The prices on the UK website includes Duty. However if you make a return, Duty will not be credited once the return order is received.

Return orders made from non-EU registered countries are to be paid by the customer and Duty will not be credited.
We will look into improving the communication regarding this issue.

This is not my first Dea Kudibal…
This is not my first Dea Kudibal purchase, but this time time, I bought in online. The choice offered on the website is much wider.
The pattern and colours of the blouse I bought online are very much like the picture on the website and I love it. I ordered it on Sunday and received it on Wednesday. I live in the Netherlands and didn't expect it to arrive so soon. So my first online shopping experience at Dea Kudibal was very pleasant.
