Dreadful service. Order was incomplete when it arrived and there was no response from customer service in Latvia despite several emails. They had made the mistake of confirming the incomplete order in the packing detail. Involved credit card Cashback for a refund which I finally got but not after DeadSeaShop had the cheek to appeal my claim. Do NOT deal with this company.

The Dead Sea Shop markets themselves as a UK Shop.
Well it is not!
The products are shipped from other countries.
Expect to get hit by an import Tax bill from customs, with no help from the dead sea shop.
I received an email by Royal Mail asking me to pay Import Tax.

I made a large order with The Dead Sea Shop. After some time I got an email from Royal Mail advising I had to pay Import Tax.
I emailed The Dead Sea Shop multiple times asking about my order and why I had to pay the Tax, with no reply.Eventually, Royal Mail followed up with an email saying that it would be returned to the seller if the tax was not paid.
I decided to cut my losses and pay the Import Tax requested.

Overall, it is cheaper to buy any of these products on amazon, even during a black Friday sale from The Dead Sea Shop, and you will get faster delivery too.

Great products and Quick delivery. The shipping was extremely fast, products have no damages and I like the products so no issues.

I ordered 2 deodorants and only 1 received. Emailed them 4 times with no response. Never again

The products were opened, so one bottle of shampoo came completely empty, but it not only look like they packed it wrong, but looks like there was other product inside. Other products came not like ordered and they are all EXPIRED!!!! Dont order from them.

If I could give them 0 * I genuinely would! DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM, SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! My package arrived today, which includes Hair Argan Oil and Nourishing Hair Mask. The Argan Oil came OPENED and smelling like basic olive/vegetable oil. I tested it against vegetable oil and it is indeed not Argan oil. I used the products before, so I know how they are supposed to smell. I am requesting an immediate refund, but I doubt I will ever get a refund!

This is a literal scam. I have used the products for years back when they were sold in TK Maxx in the UK. I am genuinely upset, because I was looking forward to using it.

Unfortunately, this "shop" is a scam oragnization and its operators belong behind bars. Unless these thieves refund my money they will be reported and investigated even if it means losing money on my part. Beware crooks, I have the means to go after you and I'm not letting this go.

Spam site. Do not trust. I ordered £100 worth of a shampoo I struggle to find elsewhere nearly 2 months ago. After numerous attempts to contact them being ignored I am now resigned to the fact I fell for a fraudulent website.

Please don’t make the same mistake I did. This website is not legit.

I placed an order with the Deadseashop on August 8th, and my parcel arrived 3.5 weeks later. Since it was an international shipment, I expected it to take longer, so I was pleasantly surprised to receive my products sooner than anticipated. Initially, I was hesitant to order because of some of the reviews I have read here on Trustpilot, but I’m glad I went ahead as I had no issues with this seller. I love my KavaKava products and I will definitely purchase from them again. Thank you 🙏

Order item on the 28th Feb 2024 - apparently dispatched on this date too. Since then... radio silence. The tracking number has not been updated since 7th March. I have emailed the company twice - no response! So very disappointing. I am so angry at having spent money on the item & costly p&p. I will not let this rest - I want a refund!

I have not received my order, and I can not get an answer on my emails regarding the missing delivery. I have paid the products and got a track'n'trace that does not work.
