Horrible. Been a month and still hasn’t shipped my products. I have sent multiple emails and just receive automated responses. Stating it’ll update in 24-48 hours. And it’s weeks in between with no change.
I will never order from them again.
Only received half my order. Then I was refunded for 1/4, and they said they'd reship the last item but never did. Customer support takes months if you ever get a response at all. Don't order from Dead.Net, they will screw you and there is no recourse
Order took a full month to arrive. No response when I contacted customer service. I'm pretty chill about a lo-fi online shopping experience, but these clowns need to get their house in order.

This website has horrible customer service. I was sent the wrong item twice. When I contacted customer service I was told there was no way they would be able to guarantee that I would receive the correct item that I paid for. I’ve reached out to numerous customer service email addresses and have gotten lackluster responses. I just want the item that I paid for. I ordered a lightning bolt decal and I was sent an unpleasant looking black shirt, TWICE, size XL.
There is no phone number for me to contact. I’ve tried everything I don’t know what else to do.
