Deacon Jones Ltd Reviews 

I made an order for the 12mm walnut laminate from Deacon and Jones on a Tuesday evening and it was delivered on the following Friday. The product itself is superb quality and exceptional value for money. The transaction process was simple and easy to use along with the measuring guide. I received regular updates from confirmation of order through to delivery. The company used for delivery provided an accurate updated time slot on the day and were very helpful upon arrival.

Product arrived on day scheduled with a window from 8am to 5pm and the product arrived just after 3pm.
Palate was dropped outside residential building which was a surprise but it was all in order and no damage.
Might be better in future to offer a more efficient tracking for delivery as it would have been challenging if I were not present for delivery of 10 packs to an elderly vulnerable residence.

Good communication and an excellent product, I would buy from this company again. The delivery cost was quite high but then it did arrive very well packed and on a pallet. Highly recommended!

This is the worst company I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. Their customer service is horrific. They gave no options on delivery so we had to ask a member of staff to wait in for the flooring costing us their salary and a day of productivity, costing us £350. We were happy to do this but the flooring never arrived. The website says they are open until 8PM but the lady on the phone said that everyone had gone home, she couldn't access the system, and "I don't know where you got the idea from that they are open until 8!". I emailed and explained that I was only available until 9 the following morning but no response or call was made, I had to call again. The lady on the phone this time was very helpful and put me through to the boss having told me that my order would now arrive on two different days! At no point did anyone make an apology until I asked for one! The boss Danny Deacon was defensive and rude, I have a recording of some of it as my partner was so shocked by the attitude of the owner who tried to blame the lack of apology on me saying too much. Needless to say I have requested a refund and will not be using Deacon Jones again!

Product seems good so far. The only negative would be the damage to some of the boards. Unfortunately as I didn’t notice the damage until a few days after delivery, the policy states damage needs to be highlighted on delivery.

Was a day late my 1st order but other than that, spot on

Can't really fault them. Delivered on time and product was as depicted. Would have been absolutely perfect if delivery driver helped bring it in... but then he probably had more deliveries on the list.

Ordered 19 packs of laminate flooring, 9 of which turned up wet and therefore damaged the flooring. Seven were found initially and then as we were laying the flooring found another two. The first seven were agreed to replaced and the additional two later added on the same day and was agreed that all 9 would be sent out together. Day arrives and only the 2 that were later found also to be damaged were delivered. Two days later and the additional 7 packs that were originally agreed to be resent haven’t arrived. They weren’t sent out together as agreed as the 2 packs that have been received, one of which was also damaged again - had been sent to a different courier. Left with a two year old and half of my floor downstairs with nothing but floorboards.

I found this company online.. and found the exact type of pattern laminate flooring I was looking for (vintage Spanish tile effect) for my bathroom.. it’s absolutely beautiful.. I couldn’t fault the customer service and prompt delivery of the 3 boxes I ordered..the postage was costly but just had to be done to get what I wanted.. the laminate was packed really well to save any damage..I’m over the moon so thank you Deacon Jones

GREAT SERVICE LOVELY FLOORING TURNED UP IN TIME WILL USE AGAIN

Great customer service, was updated with my order from when I placed it to when it was delivered. I ordered 3 packs of laminate flooring which looks great. Only downfall is the delivery charge, I could have purchased an extra box as the delivery was more than a box of laminate.

Olivia has been incredibly helpful and has literally assisted me throughout the entire process, kept me up to date at every stage and I couldn't be happier with the product, price and level of customer service. I would have no hesitation to recommend Deacon Jones. Thank you so much!
