This was my second order. The three photos came out beautiful and were the perfect size. I like the “ready to hang” component offered. They arrived framed and perfectly ready to hang up.

The photos were duplicates of ones I have at another house and they look amazing - almost exactly like the originals that I paid a fortune for. Great quality and packaged very well. However, I left a tiny bit of room for the mat when uploading the photo and it wasn’t covered as I thought it would be. Luckily it was small but it’s visible.

I placed an order for a large, expensive fine art pigment print under acrylic glass. I provided specific instructions that I will be traveling and would not return until a specific date and that I wished to delay the dispatch of my print until a specific date. My request was acknowledged and I was assured on several instances that my order would have a delayed dispatch date as requested. For reasons that are unfathomable to me, despite the multiple assurances, my order shipped early and was delivered by DHL more than 2 weeks earlier than it should have. I am still traveling while that large expensive print now sits on my driveway in plain view of any passerby and under direct sun. I will not order from WhiteWall ever again.

Talked with the NY office about my print. They were wonderful to work with and insured me the print would be great. They made a small adjustment on their side and it came out perfect. Client was ecstatic, extremely happy!

The online interface for uploading and editing the photo is great. I love the option to customize sizes because my frame was in metric so it wasn't a standard imperial dimension print. The turnaround time on receiving the print was surprisingly fast. The quality of the print was great

Poor quality. I could have gone to the local pharmacy to get the same quality, if not better, for a much lower price.

Very poor quality. Obvious and very visible defects in delivered fine art print that were not in the original image. Not a good look for my very first order.

Another beautiful print. Printing your own art always comes with some doubt: will it render correctly once printed? But WW never fails to deliver. I've used their servicea in Europe and US in different materials (acrylic, alu) and the results is always great.
