Urgent Complaint: Non-Delivery of Paid Item and Lack of Customer Service
I would give 0 star if possible.
I purchased an item on December 1, 2024, and as of today (January 27, 2025), I have yet to receive the product. Despite numerous attempts to contact your customer service team, I have been met with excessive delays and unfulfilled promises. For the past two weeks, my inquiries have been completely ignored, with no updates or feedback provided.
This level of service is unacceptable for a brand of your reputation, and I am deeply frustrated by the lack of communication and resolution.
