In the beginning I was pretty much disappointed since the delivary of my order was overdue and I had no info why...but then I just contacted Hudson Reed and they solved the problem effectively and elegantly.(the problem was a productjam in the German toll).

The delivery failed several times
The delivery failed several times, the parcel was deluvered twice before the announced date and without notification. As it is very heavy and only was delivered to the door of the building and not into my apartment, it stressed me a lot, to organize two men to carry it to my apartment.
The product is totally satisfying.

Five years ago, my interior designer suggested some of the Hudson Reed products for my apartment. Everything went very well with the order and the delivery - the design and the quality of the products (shower-bathtub and bathroom radiator) was even better than expected. That is why I decided to go again with the Hudson Reed products for my new apartment. Only this time, I placed the first order for the radiators. I have to say that I was amazed by the professional and superb customer service that I experienced! Both ladies, Angela and Sabine, kept me up-to-date regarding the availability, detailed product information, delivery time, and even about the very short delivery delay. Never before have I experienced such a perfect and devoted customer service. A huge THANK YOU to both ladies and the whole team of Hudson Reed!
