They promised to send the items within 10 business days and if there is any issue with the delivery company that could cause up to 14 business days. There is no issue with DHL and they didn’t send the item for 14 days.
I suggest you not to buy this item. There are several company with better customer services and better price. I even dont have the item to give you any comment on the device yet!
