This seller is not in the EU.
From the website and buying process, it was not clear for me that it comes from outside the EU (UK). So I was asked by customs to provide information about the purchase. That could luckily be done online.
Everything else was very good.

Slow and deceitful
There was almost a month between order and dispatch. The support was not willing to offer any explanation or solution, beyond lame excuses (like they are busy because of black friday, I have ordered my item (which was listed as "in stock") more than a week before black friday, they have also claimed they have to receive the item from their supplier, even though it was listed as in stock. All in all, it took over a month to deliver, even though I paid for shipping in 5-7 days. If seller is so abysmally slow, a explanation or a discount would be nice.

Overall the product looks great
Overall the product looks great. My kids enjoy the ambient light that is on for the whole night. Very quite quartz movement, you cannot hear it at all, you did great improvement here from the older models. Very nice design.

Got a used watch but Braun-clocks offered a solution.
Unfortunately one of the two watches in my order came in an opened box and the leaflet inside torn . There were also deep scratches on the plastic box lid . The watch itself was in excellent condition.After contacting Braun technical support team they guided me through the process and offered a partial refund of my order or an replacement of the damaged box and documents.
I'm pleased with their fast response and their will to solve the problem the easiest way possible.

Really overpriced for such quality and functionality
The shipment was alright, though the product quality feels like cheap Chinese plastic. Really overprices for such quality. Besides, the alarm ringing doesn't stop without switching the alarm functionality completely. You need to wait for sometime, probably 30 minutes, before you can turn the alarm on again for the next day.

EU shipping from UK
I had to go through tedious customs to get my product, simply because this was not advertised enough that my product would be shipped from UK rather than EU. I thought I bought from an EU site since it was .de website. I raised this issue with Customer Care& they advised me to the specific terms and conditions that highlighted that all shipments would be made from UK. I could have bought your product from some local reseller and avoided all this hastle. Please bring this valuable insight directly into your ordering process, rather than expecting all customers to be going through your terms and conditions.

The precision in delivery from FEDEX…
The precision in delivery from FEDEX was poor.
Promised date not kept. Thank to a bright young man at Fedex in Malmoe, the issue was solved in a satisfatcory way.
I love the Braun range. Extend it please.
I still have an old calclulator "Dieter Rahms style".
Great design and it is still working ( of course..)

Please kindly be advised that you order was dispatched on 30/05 by FedEx with tracking ref 398911958054. According to FedEx online tracking status it states that delivery attempt was made on 31/05 but the package could not be delivered due to business had been closed so it was eventually returned to us.
I've forwarded details to our customer service team who will email to arrange re-delivery.

Why ordering a German made product within EU i get it from Britain? Why do i have to pay VAT now? Delivery time was promised to be 4-5 working days. It is now 6 days passed and the product not yet in my town.

Please kindly be advised that your order was dispatched in timely manner by Royal Mail tracked postal service. Having checked the tracking status your order is currently being processed by customs so it should be delivered in due course once it is cleared. All deliveries to EU are dispatched on DDP basis (Delivery Duty Paid) so there is VAT payment to be made to receive your order. The delivery times quoted are weekdays and estimated only and may take little longer due to customs procedures.
