Placed 2 orders on 1st October and NOT received either of them. E-mailed dglverse and received no response. Will never order from them again.

Terrible service I still haven’t received my order

Company took my money very quickly and then waited weeks to even begin the shipping process the product that arrived was cheaply made and unusable even though I ordered the size they recommended. No refund no exchange and they are a ripoff. I have seen a BBC report about drop shipping scans and that would seem to be what this is. They are not selling their own products, they buy from cheap Chinese marketplaces, raise the price dramatically and have it shipped to the customer eventually. They never see the product!!

Do not buy from this company, their sizes are all sorts of screwed up and they claim they have something about it on their FAQ, but they don't have anything about how to properly size stuff on each individual items page. I ordered a large and it fit like a medium or smaller and when I contacted them about it they said there's nothing they can do and it also took over a month for me to get my order. I suggest you take your money and buy whatever you're wanting to buy from a different company.

Avoid this company. I spent nearly £50 and I only got 1 out of 3 items I had purchased. I have sent them several emails asking where my other items are and have received no reply. Hoping paypal will get my money back for me for the items I never received

It is now 2024! Ddlgverse still never sent a refund and has indeed stolen my money. This company is a joke.

It has been over two months since I ordered, takes forever to get any reply from my emails. At this point I’m think this is a scam and I’m never getting either the money or my order. It’s pretty sad that all the replies to bad reviews on here are just blaming the customer, no apology or making it right. If I had known that “oh it takes months for delivery it’s normal” I NEVER would have ordered. Hey ddlgverse maybe this review will inspire you to refund me or send my item??

Edit to address their reply: I still haven’t received a refund you said I would get within a few days! Refund me for real and maybe I’ll take down my review.

Not sure that this is an actual legitimate company.
I have still not received a refund for the item than has never been shipped!!!
Customer service is terrible, they spout generic emails without checking the system details first.
That's if you even get a response!!!
They don't have an apology in them for delays and misinformation.

I've bought from Ddlgverse multiple times and each time have received exactly what I ordered in wonderful condition. Their products are durable and well made. I'll buy from them again in the future.

Shipping was on the slower end taking a little less than a month to eastern America but price was good and it came in perfect condition

Never buy anything from here it’s a scam. They’ll send fake (cheaper) products that look nothing like the one in the photo and eventually stop replying to your emails so you can never get a refund. Genuinely don’t buy anything from here bcs that’s the way they’re making money, greedy.

I bought a dress from them on the 12th of march and then weeks later found out that it wasn’t actually in stock which is highly unprofessional as it was still listed on the website as in stock and they took my money anyway I’m currently waiting to be refunded but all of this could of been avoided if they’d of just put it as out of stock in the first place.

Refused to refund me my £62 order when I never received a single item, I placed the order a week before Valentine’s Day and still not recieved anything. When I emailed them they told me to wait max 3 months and then they will refund me if my order hasn’t arrived. Why does it take 3 months anyway? now they won’t respond to my emails and we’re telling me an item from my order had actually been delivered, nothing ever came! 3 items were ordered and nothing arrived. Normally wouldn’t go out of my way to do this, but I’ve never had such a poor experience to be honest. £62 just chucked in the bin.

Absolutely awful. They do not care what happens to their products or their customers, and their customer service staff are incredibly rude.

They are stealing both money and time from people for problems that are 100% their fault. You will not get a refund as they stop replying to emails.

Disgusting and unprofessional thieves. I could not recommend a shop any less than this awful place.

Also, your stupid company doesn’t add tracking to packages until they’re in the country of delivery. Maybe you would know that if you actually replied to emails. I want my money back!
