Written by the company

As experienced staircase designers, our customers can enjoy working with a team who make the process as easy and enjoyable as possible. We offer an all-in-one service, executing the design from concept to installation, and seeking client approval throughout. Beautiful, high-quality staircase designs are something which many property owners have struggled to access due to the high prices and focus on architectural clients. Our team is passionate about changing this, so when we founded DDC London, we wanted our services to be more accessible for private and residential customers. While you start the process by selecting a basic design, you can customise how it looks and functions to create a bespoke staircase ideal for your needs. This includes additional steps, balustrades, glass, timber, handrails and various colour options and finishes. However, it’s important to keep in mind that the more complex the design, the greater the impact on material and labour costs, affecting the overall quotation. We can help you adjust the design as much as you need to so that it falls within both your design and budgetary requirements, achieving a perfect balance. Having this type of flexibility is beneficial for both the client and our team.

Dear Annette Wynter, It appears this review may have been mistakenly posted on our profile for Staircase design company DDCLondon. We specialise in the design, manufacture, and installation of bespoke staircases and do not provide DBS checks. We understand your frustration regarding the issues you experienced with your DBS check and the refund process from the company you used. It seems your review is intended for a different organisation that provides DBS services. You might want to double-check the company name you intended to review.

Kind regards,
DDC London - Staircase Design Specialists
