Untouched by human hands...

First and last time I will ever use this site. I had a specific question and sent all the back-up they requested.
I paid the $129.00 and felt I would finally get an answer. What I received was a two-page email with one date (which I already had given them). I called three times and spoke with two different service reps. I am considering contesting this charge and getting my answer from the Navy archives. BE VERY CLEAR on what they can and cannot give you.
My recommendation is to start with the branch of the Armed Services of your veteran first.
