Karishma Antani at MSP branch is a great member service representative. She made a complex process easy for me, saved me time and energy to come back again for another visit or call to process my loan. She is super smart and very knowledgeable of the loan process. Great customer service !
I’m looking to open an account for my daughter and researching different banks and options and I visited this branch. I had the pleasure of working with Jillian S. She was very outgoing, personable knowledgeable of the products and the different programs that they offered walked me through the rates, I never felt rushed she took her time answered all my questions was very happy with the information and customer service that I received.
