Kathy one of the Branch Mangers at the Acton Ma branch has been, through her kindness and honesty, been one of the core reasons that I have stayed with DCU, despite other organizations offers to move my account to their organizations. Her patience and kindness through my severe health problems, losing my job and entering into disability have been a rare safety net through multiple miseries. She represents, and is one of the many folks in the DCU Acton office, the finest people I have ever met, asking nothing in return.
