Good delivery service and information about changes are timely and clear.

I have had to cancel the subscription to my mum because she is having difficulty reading them all - this was very easy to do.

Range of articles and stories from different time periods
Would be good if a children’s section was reintroduced. Reading children’s section was how I started to read the “People’s Friend “.
Cover of magazine could be improved. Comes off easily and is prone to tearing particularly when older weaker hands are reading the magazine. At 96 year’s old my mother who suffers from dementia amazes the staff in her care home by still being able to read the stories in the “People’s Friend “.

I have been reading peoples friend for at least 40yrs or more as my mam always bought it , after I lost my mam I started buying it myself then found it easier to subscribe so never missed a copy , I also subscribe for the special and am still enjoying these magazines as much as ever , after I've read them I pass on to my close friend , will read these magazines as long as I'm able , keep up the good work xxxx

I think that the People's Friend magazine is fantastic read, with poems, stories, art and craft ideas and of course lovely mouth watering recipes. I await every week for the magazine to pop through my front door. My mother first introduced me to this magazine many years ago. Well done to the People's Friend !

I have been reading the People's Friends and the quarterly Specials magazine for about 30 years.
I enjoy the mix of two weekly serials and complete stories along with the regular Farmer and his wife, Riverside, and Between ourselves.
Although not a crafter I like to see the crafts showcase in the magazines, I have been encouraged to send an item in for the Love Darn.
I enjoyed the look back at stories written in the early editions of the magazine, I would like to see more.
I am a subscriber and knowing my magazines will be delivered weekly on time is a joy.

Always receive the magazine on time. Look forward to the knitting patterns as a knitter and reading the stories.

With a subscription the price per copy is OK. The only thing that I dislike is that out of every 4 copies you get, 2 are a copy from previously printed copies so if you are a long time collector you are paying twice for what you already payed for, that is my only gripe

Delivery is excellent the quality of the magazine is brilliant really love receiving it through the post reading about places in Scotland wanting to visit and things to do ideas for holiday destinations fantastic

I have various problems with recieving mail On a number of occasions my magazine has not been delivered. When contacting DC Thompson they have replied within 24hrs and sent a new magazine. Excellent customer service.

Every month my magazine arrives with no problems. The direct debit goes through when required without issues. My all round experience is excellent.

Nothing really to report at this stage. I've only had a couple of magazines so far and both have arrived promptly with interesting articles.

Interesting articles - lots to read! Didn’t give five stars as frequently arriving late- after I have seen it in the shops.
