DC Shoes UK Reviews 

Ordered some shoes in the sale. Said 3-5 working days. That was 5 days ago. No updates, no response to online contact, no phone number I can find and now I can’t find the transaction in my bank account - seems to have vanished - but the order still says ‘preparing to ship’. What’s going on!

The delivery was late, the product was dirty and post purchase contact is useless

Great product, the delivery was slower than expected but everything else was perfect.

My initial order was cancelled as item was out of stock. A week later the item was still showing in stock on website so I reordered them. After 2 weeks I contacted them to ask where my order was, I was told it was with the courier and they had caused the delay. My shoes arrived the next day, and all tracking from Royal Mail clearly demonstrated that they had received the parcel AFTER I made the enquiry.

Further to this, because my original order was cancelled, I lost the 15% new customer discount on this item

Delivery took 2 weeks with no explanation. Part of my order was cancelled due to the shoes being out of stock despite being in stock on the website when I purchased them. Quite honestly very bad service

Amazing comfort and amazing delivery service very quick delivery

Poor service initially - order took over 14 days to arrive and customer service appalling. I have had to return part of the order and 10 days later I have had no confirmation of receipt or refund. Will never use this company again.

Do not order from DC UK. They are not in the UK they took weeks and the customer services only sent them after I emailed to complain that that they hadn’t even been dispatched and I wanted them to cancel the order.

Sadly both pairs I ordered don’t fit and now I have to return them and probably never get a refund because the customer service is terrible

Easy to order and fast delivery. The size and fit are great. The quality is perfect!

Always buy DC shoes and i havent had problem yet , customer service and delivery are usually great

Paying to return shoes that aren’t true to size is wild. Having had DCs throughout my teens … they’re no longer what they once were and I’ll avoid in future. Disappointing service.

I went looking for trainers couldn’t find anything. I liked. The only ones I could find were DC but they didn’t have my size so we looked on the website you had them in stock. I’m a very happy with them.

Great choice fabulous looking shoes and fantastic price

They make up additional orders, charge you multiple times and then refuse to compensate you for their "mistakes"(planned scams). I put one order in, which tooks weeks longer than it should have, three items all turned up separatly and then I was charged three more times for a duplicate order BOARDRIDERS ( NOT DC) put through, and then charged me for delivery twice for one fake order I never placed, recieved or agreed to pay for. They are not DC, thwy are BOARDRIDERS which is a scam, AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! They steal your money and then blame you instead of accepting they have been caught scamming.

Wrong size sent, no customer service number , been waiting 5 days for a reply from your online form. No option to return and replace . Lost discount code

Good price. Nice shoes. My son is happy with them.

Delivery was on point a product appears well made from the use I've given so far

I only ever buy DCs and I'm never disappointed. Comfortable, cool looking trainers, well made, and reliable. The delivery time was longer than usual but not unacceptable and I'd like to see more non-leather alternatives. I'd still always recommend DC trainers.
