It is now December and no refund
It is now December and no refund! They say they can't find any info. Of course not, you probably deleted it and kept my money! I see I am not the only one! I am going to blast your name everywhere I can! Bad reviews will keep coming I want my damn money now!!

Beware!
Beware: this company is simply drop shipping from Ali Express where you can order the same products for a fraction of the price.
After placing the order, all messages I received regarding tracking or shipping referred to 'your order from Ali Express' and when I finally received the packages, there was no mention of Dcoup, just of Ali Express.
As shipping took long I decided to check with Dcoupfit's 'customer service team' (I think it's just one person), which was via a Sri Lankan phone number. They seemed to care more about their holiday than checking the status of my order.
The worst thing is that after ordering, my credit card was charged almost 4000 dirham by a company I have never heard of based in Taiwan. I had to block my card and my bank is currently investigating for fraud.
Products are fine (although they have this typical chemical smell) but the point is, I could have ordered from Ali Express myself for 1/10th of what I paid Dcoup.
