Easy to use and great customer service
DCN sent me the wrong product but they reacted to my report of this very quick and then later sent the correct product, I have no complaints with them and would use them again. The website was easy to use, prices and variety of their products are great 😊

I cant recommend DCN crafts highly enough, excellent quality craft products, immediate despatch, super quick delivery, the only negative is you will want 2 of everything because it's so beautiful, not such a bad negative really.

Frustrating and disappointing experience
Very long wait after ordering, so I queried it. No reply to first two emails. Eventually got a response, and was told that when they started to get my order together they'd found they didn't have a couple of the items, but were expecting some soon. I agreed to wait. Did a lot more waiting.
Started emailing again. Eventually received the available items, and a refund for the others. Could be wrong, but got the impression this is a one-man band.

We are sorry for the delay on your order. We are a family owned company and to give an impression of our company size last year we completed over 11,000 orders.
They are in no hurry to ship orders or respond to emails.
Took my money on the Saturday. No sign of shipment, no responses to emails asking for updates. So by the 5th day after payment and receiving no response I asked for a refund. They did issue it although absolutely no explanation of why the order wasn't moving along or why they hadn't responded to my requests. AVOID!
Edit: Nope I wrote to them on 26th, then 27th, both no reply. Reply on 28th was just to tell me you’ve actioned the refund. No word on why it hadn’t been sent for four business days nor responses to emails.

On the 27th you emailed to say that you were concerned with our ability to deal with a fault if it occurred with the machine and you requested a refund. We actioned your request for a refund the same day.

The.worst.company.ever!! Take your order and money, do not send the goods, do not reply to emails. After 3 weeks of being ignored, I had to pursue a refund through PayPal. It looks like this business is still conducting its business in the same manner! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!
