Very disappointed with this company
Very disappointed with this company. My order number 13884 was placed on 27th September & £23.24 was taken from my account. I have sent several emails asking about the status of my order, but have received only 1 reply saying that the item was out of stock when my order was picked! I have now cancelled my order & requested a full refund. DCN Crafts should indicate item availability on their website when people are placing orders, as other companies do, & they should not be taking money until the ordered items are dispatched.

My order took over 2 weeks to arrive - at no point did they tell me when my order was going to be dispatched. When it arrived they had sent me the wrong item. No phone number to call and I have filled out the contact form but no one has responded. Such a shame as they have the potential to be a great supplier for my business but I can't deal with delays and bad customer service with no explanation. I am a small business, now stuck with paying for a product I don't even want.
