Amazing service for a repair … calm and trustworthy
I quite dramatically bumped my ring (not purchased from Daniel Christopher) and needed it repairing ASAP as I was pretty shocked and saddened by the stone falling out.
Hannah helped me out and was so calm and reassuring. I knew straight away I could trust her which I think is one of the key things in the diamond industry. The stone was reset within 24 hours and I’m delighted with the service.
We will certainly be going back to buy our wedding bands at Daniel Christopher.

Incredible customer service
Incredible customer service - went multiple times to make sure the ring chosen was perfect and had a great experience from Hannah and the rest of the DC team. The process isn't rushed and there is clear care given during each visit. We plan on getting the wedding bands from DC too. Couldn't recommend the team more!

Bespoke Welsh Love Spoons Ring.
From start to finish the service has been amazing.
I had to get a bespoke diamond ring designed for my father in law as a gift to my mother in law.
I wanted the Welsh love spoons as the design and they made it into reality, nothing was too much trouble and once I was happy with their drawings they produced it.
I had tears in my eyes when I picked it up, it’s stunning, she is going to love it.

The service was amazing
The service was amazing, the comms during the casting of the rings were very transparent and regular. Truly a great and pleasant experience, fuelled with expertise and kind professionalism.
Hannah, in particular, made our journey very enjoyable and taught us a lot about diamonds and ring making. She was the reason we chose to buy from DC rather than another place in Hatton Garden.

Helpful and knowledgeable
They went into a lot of detail with all the different options and explaining what everything meant when deciding on a diamond. As someone who knows very little when it comes to engagement rings I found them the most helpful when deciding on my engagement ring.
