If I could put Zero I would. I lost 11,000 XRP to their recent SOFTWARE WALLET HACK. I have emailed DCENT multiple times, no reply, nothing. I have identified transaction ID, wave 2 collector address but they still cannot get back to me with any sort of straightforward reply. Avoid at all costs.

Lost over 10,000 XRP. I wouldn't trust this app.
On 20 September 2026, 10,426 XRP was transferred out of my D’CENT App Wallet without my authorisation.
D’CENT has acknowledged reports of unauthorised transfers involving certain App Wallets and says my transaction details are being included in its investigation. Its support response instructs affected users to move remaining assets to wallets with NEW recovery phrases.
As of 13 October, I have received no reimbursement. D’CENT says it is investigating recovery and compensation but cannot guarantee either.
For an app entrusted with securing financial assets, this has been devastating. I have lost confidence in the D’CENT App Wallet and cannot recommend it. Anyone considering it should read the company’s incident notices first and consider looking elsewhere.
I will update this review if my funds are recovered or D’CENT compensates me.

Hacked D’CENT Wallet
My D’CENT wallet was hacked. I had SEND order taking (10,000) XRP at 7:41am on 9/17/2026. I did make or authorize any send order or give my keys out. I saw a post on X yesterday after all this and I believe they knew there was something going on and failed to do anything about it. DO NOT PUT YOUR CRYPTO ON DCENT. Worst self-custody wallet out there.

After reviewing the issue with our payment provider, we confirmed that there is no restriction on cards issued in Czechia. In most cases, payment failures are caused by the card issuer's security policies or an unsuccessful 3D Secure (3DS) authentication, rather than by our website itself. Unfortunately, the payment provider does not receive the detailed reason for these declines, so we cannot verify the exact cause for an individual transaction.
We understand how frustrating this must have been, and we sincerely appreciate your persistence in completing your purchase using another card.
To help avoid similar issues in the future, we recommend contacting your card issuer to ensure that international transactions and 3D Secure authentication are enabled, or trying a different card if the issue occurs again.

Easy and Secure
So far it has been very easy to submit an order on their website. The website was very intuitive and a breeze to complete. The security was very good about ensuring it was me ordering with my card. I ordered the 2 pack on a Saturday evening and it is said to arrive in 4 days. If I have any issues I will update this review. I would recommend this company if you are interested in their products.
