I had an issue with a hard to find delivery location, Elise on the chat has help me provide the driver with GPS coordinates to assist with finding the location. They were very clear in how they could help.

The driver seemed really grumpy
The driver seemed really grumpy. She never said thanks or said goodbye. Just got in her truck and left . I asked her if I could check the goods before I signed as I do t have any insurance for the goods if I do t report it on delivery. She refused this and just went. I was disappointed in her rudeness. No need to treat customers like this .

We had a shipment that couldn’t be delivered due to a mistake from the sender but Andreas helped follow up and kept in touch with everyone until we recieved. He found our missing shipment and told us what we need to do. Great service and friendly staff! Highly recommended

Schenker looses parcel
Bought 2 lithographs on Tradea, which seller handed over to Schenker Malmö om March 1st 2026 for shipping to me in Denmark. According to Schenkers tracking, the parcel never left Schenker Malmö and Schenker has apparently no idea where the parcel is 3 weeks later. I have previosuly bought items at Tradera and chosen Schenker for transport - but never again Schenker. They were once good and reliable but after they were taken over by the danish DSV they are a disaster

Wrong location to pick up parcel
Why cant we choose our own delivery location. Temu always find the wrong delivery location n its long from my apartment. Why not do it like Postnord, where we can choose n transfer to the nearest location for pick up. Its being more than 10 times. I hv called DBS office nut they cannot do anything. Told to call Temu but Temut dont know which is the nearest location to my apartment. Very disappointed.

When a shipment is sent with parcelshop delivery the closest parcelshop will be chosen depending on your postalcode, in some cases there may be a closer parcelshop that "belongs" to a different postalcode making "the wrong" parcelshop the closest to your postalcode.
To investigate further I've sent a separate e-mail asking for some more information.

Only trouble
Only trouble. Especially when living in Southern lappland in Northern Sweden. And especially when you get a package from GLS (which Schenker takes and should deliver)
It takes a crazy amount of time for them to actually deliver and rarely get any updates. Rarely get a notification where they are going to deliver (at home or what service point).
They actually lost a package at the moment while im typing this. Insane..
And ACTUALLY have hearing damage and a permanent buzz in my left ear permanently because of when i was calling their customer service for another one of their fck ups, the volume difference from the waiting music to the beeptone was about 20 fold and damages my ear.
If you can avoid Schenker in Sweden.
