I paid for a dbs and then requested for a refund BEFORE I had even sent over my documents. They then tell me I cannot refund because the application has already been processed ? ( impossible btw)

They say refunds can only be given within 14 days as long as it has not began getting processed however they begin processing as soon as you submit

Please try to take legal action against this fake company if you can, they cannot continue to get away with this disgusting behaviour.

One of the worst companies I have ever encountered. For myself, this was a horrendous experience and awful service.
I have already found another company who is efficient and produces the goods

Scam company, never done one of these before and ended up getting charged £84 for a basic certificate. This should cost around £25.

This company is a scam I paid £80 for dbs check which I though was ok for fa but got told by fa asked my money back they said no I’ve been waiting two weeks no certificate, keep getting emails saying wrong documents which I have sent numerous times , worse customer service ever no phone contAct very dodgy

Paid £84 for a DBS check , then realised I had only paid for a basic one .
I asked to cancel the application straight away but they took the payment and have now said I’m not eligible for a refund as they had started the process!!
DONT TOUCH THIS COMPANY
They are charging an extortionate amount for something that is a third of the price from the official DBS site .I was rushing to acquire a check and thought this was the official site, I did think it was a lot more expensive than previously but as I haven’t asked for a check for a number of years,I assumed the cost had increased.
AVOID AT ALL COST !!

Very unfair refund policy. Tones of documents required!
Horrible experience with this company. I've used their services and paid nearly 100 pounds. They asked me for my NIN, passport, proof of address, passport of one person that doesn't live with me (ID checker), and the latest payslip of this person. Once I've sent them all the documents they said that the person (ID checker) cannot live at the same address as me! Then I asked my other friends to help but no one of them wanted to share their personal information to this company. I needed to ask for cancellation for my application. They said they cannot refund my money as their unfair policy that I ticked! Basically, in their policy refund, they will not give you money back if you change your mind. They charge 4 times more then gov.co.uk and they treating people with their unfair refund policy. Read all your conditions and terms you tick guys!
